I don't know that I have customer service like I had today. Rachel was incredibly helpful, insightful, and super friendly. She walked me through the whole process with ease. I need a second opinion on things, she was great to offer thoughts there too. The store is so sharp, crisp, and clean. Can't recommend this place enough for us stocky fellas.

Good service - limited selection of merchandise. Tried to use volume discount for spending more than $100, but discount was limited to certain merchandise.

When will they be reopening ?? I've always had great service and they have always had what I'm looking for !! Asking when because I went the other day and had to go to Birch Run and that was an absolute bust !! They didn't know or have what I wanted !!! Won't be going back there again !!!

Jennifer was extremely helpful. While working with me and my step-dad, the store suddenly got very busy, but despite helping several customers at a time, she maintained an upbeat attitude, and always kept up with us and helping find the proper sizes / styles.I highly recommend both the Saginaw location and Jennifer!

all was cool on the service, they greet you, and finally they are not over bearing , looking all down your neck, its just a pleasant hello, / hi, need any help let them know, the not behing you every where you turn , they let you shop. and they also let me know whats new in store, , and if your a repeat costumer and they know your face, they suggest what you like and use to that may be new in the store. ( always a plus). I'll be back

It’s nice to have a store where a larger person can walk right in and find clothes that fit. The only downfall here is that most items are a bit pricey. You will leave comfortable and broke.
