“Jolt has overall been a good place to bank. Have been with them for many years, along with my family. I don’t think doing away with deposit slips was a good choice. I bank through the drive thru and since the change I have encountered numerous errors. I even write out my requests on paper. I don’t appreciate my personal information being given over the intercom for others to hear. I also have had negative experiences with the mobile deposit. Waiting several days for my local payroll check to be deposited is unacceptable. I deposit it every week. I believe when I put it through the Jolt ATM they held it for 10 days. The staff has always been good and personable. I think it is the credit union policies that have caused the issues.”

Besides having some of the best interest rates around, Wildfire also has some of the best customer service. Cheryl V. was a major help for us getting our first home. She was incredibly sweet, very supportive of us taking such a huge step in life, and it is long-overdue that I leave a review with her in mind. We just secured an RV loan with the assistance of Jennifer D. who helped guide us through the process of buying from a private seller. Anytime I have had to contact Wildfire, I have always interacted with employees who are friendly and eager to help me. If your inquiry is not someone's department, I guarantee that they will direct you to exactly where you need to go to make sure you are taken care of. “Big shout out to Karen Sanders. My daughter went in to open a checking /saving account and the woman that waited on us hurried us out because she had an appointment. My daughter was flustered and said she did not want to bank here and she would just stay with the original credit union. I told her we would reschedule to get her questions answered because the staff there is usually very friendly and takes the time to make sure you are taken care of. The next appointment we got Karen and she took the time to help my daughter and answer all her question. My daughter felt more comfortable about the change after that appointment. Thank you Karen.”
“Mandy McDowell really helped me out with an auto loan. Competitive APR, and VERY fast service. I've tried working with other credit unions and banks. Wow did they take their sweet time. I first contacted Mandy Wednesday I believe. I stopped in Friday afternoon to setup an account and get the loan (had all paperwork taken care of within 45 minutes) Drove to Virginia that evening to pick up the car Saturday morning. With that said, yes even the "upgraded" website is a bit of a pain. I honestly use the mobile app for everything. Way smoother. However, I'm sure it doesn't have all the features you'd have online.”
