“I enjoyed the app, but I wish they wouldn't make it difficult to send money to another bank. There's no option that I can see in the app, so I'm going to try to call when they're open to figure out if there is another way. I can send money to the account, yet I can't send it back to that same account that I just used. Slighty irritating but other than that good service.”

When depositing money through the ATM it should be automatically in your account. But they put a hold on your money.I think the app should be able to transfer money to family. Other then that they are great!!”

“Mandy McDowell really helped me out with an auto loan. Competitive APR, and VERY fast service. I've tried working with other credit unions and banks. Wow did they take their sweet time. I first contacted Mandy Wednesday I believe. I stopped in Friday afternoon to setup an account and get the loan (had all paperwork taken care of within 45 minutes) Drove to Virginia that evening to pick up the car Saturday morning. With that said, yes even the "upgraded" website is a bit of a pain. I honestly use the mobile app for everything. Way smoother. However, I'm sure it doesn't have all the features you'd have online.”
