Honestly these guys are my new mechanics from now on. They charged a diagnostic fee and just included my repair in it. Soo many other mechanics couldnt figure out what was wrong with my car but they actually put in work, took my car out for testing and did for only $90 whereas other mechanics charged me alot more. Im thankful i took a chance on these guys and will just start coming here.

Had an alignment done by technician Matt who did a great job. Very thorough and took time to explain what he was. Very professional. In and out in a timely manner. Highly recommend Dex-tech for your automotive needs.

This review is as sincere as I can write it:
The guys at Dex Tech have been so good to me over the years; Dex, James, Jay, Kevin, Ron, and the 32 yr rookie, Matt ! They have been honest from the first time I went there; they have offered advice and even referred me to another shop that specializes in a specific service - to save me $ (what shop does that?!).
As customers we are led on to believe that the auto repair industry can have some less than honest garages and mechanics, and it may be true. But it is NOT THE CASE @ Dex Tech. I have visited many diff repair shops over the years, but the HONESTY and INTEGRITY that they treat each customer is why they maintain a customer base of loyal folks like myself.

Dextech has been my go to for my current and past 3 ca repairs and oil changes. The customer service is above the rest. They are honest and explain things clearly and so I can understand. They aren’t about pushing products or upselling but offering quality service. I recommend them to everyone. 11/10!!

Could not recommend Dex Tech enough. These guys are always so helpful and understanding and have a teaching mindset. They take time to explain what my car needs and what it doesn’t need. I feel like, when they’re handling my car, it’s like they’re working on their own. They do a great job of never talking down to me (and I know nothing about cars) but rather explain things and give me options and recommendations. Absolutely salt of the earth—would never go elsewhere!

Brought my car in from a different shop that couldn’t figure out what was wrong. At Dex tech they said they’re appointment based and wouldn’t get me in until Monday. It was Wednesday. They had cancellations and got me in earlier! They called to tell me what was wrong, took the deposit and let me pay cash for the rest to get 5% discount. Over all great customer service.

I am from Cleveland and got an engine light while working in Saginaw. Brought my car to Dex-Tech for help. Beyond good mechanics you want to know you are dealing with good people. I highly recommend this company.
