Waiting in line 1 person in front and back of me and one person at the register. A self check out register, which looks like the only one open. An employee standing next to us stocking a shelf. The person at the register is taking forever, so it seems, and the employee says nothing to the three of us waiting in line, that there is another register open. A customer walks in the front door, right to the batteries by first counter that looks closed. All of a sudden, he goes up to the counter, and another employee just appears. The light is not on, and from where the line normally starts, you could not see the other employee.

Typical dollar store. Nothing super fancy. Floors are pretty gross but the bathroom was nice! Quick in and out. No rude staff.

EVERY. SINGLE.TIME. I go into a Dollar General it's a bad experience. The one in Shields is particularly bad. I only stop at the one in Shields because it's convenient on my way home from work. Today was the second time in the last month I attempted to shop, only to find the doors locked. Time was 11:32am. There were two other cars in the parking lot, which I assume now we're employees doing whatever except working. When I have had the luck of entering through unlocked doors, and the luck of finding what I need in stock, I stand waiting at the counter to checkout from anywhere from 3-8 minutes. Do not recommend.

Kyle is the manger. My son had a package from fed ex delivered there. Tried to pick it up he would not give it to him. So I went to the store and he still would not give us the package with both are IDs. This guy is terrible told my under age son to get the F out of his store with other customers there they were even upset with his way of handling things I guess company's are really hurting for employees.

The worker by the name of Kyle was so very rude to me and my wife! Like Geez if you hate your job so much please just quit!!! He would give my wife her package and asked her all these questions. He’s a nasty unhappy man!
