Got yelled at by the cashier for not using the self checkout. She said I made her stop doing other work. I said I didn't know I HAD to use it. Then told me to drop my attitude. Mine? Because you had to come cashier? What about the older lady behind me? Gonna yell at her too?

This establishment is a joke it's 9:30 I'm standing here with a parking lot full of customers are standing at the door knocking well two associates stand there and look at us well shaking their head. I called the store to be told they closed at 9:30 because he had to clean the store... I guarantee you this store just lost six customers they'll never get back
