Usually have pleasant experiences here. However I got balloons for a birthday party on 12/29/24 around 7 p.m. The balloon popped at the seams from overfilling it with helium. This was the only Balloon that the associate filled well I was there. The other three balloons I bought were already pre filled were fine. Balloon only lasted thirty minutes and popped in the vehicle on the ride home super bummed out!

Hello this is usually a pleasant dollar tree. I came in January 30 at 7p (thinking I was 2 hours before closing but really was 3) to purchase 18 balloons for my daughter's bday. Your employee Kimberly was VERY rude n upset. I had originally sent my children in there to get them n she told them we would've had to call ahead for the balloons which doesn't make sense being that all the colors weren't in stock n had to be seen to be picked out. I went in to talk to her. Her attitude was horrible. She read the numbers off fast, she blew them up then handed them to me to put on the weight that was purchased for the store. When she was finished I was grateful n said thank you, she ignored me so I repeated it. She ignored me again. This is usually a great store, been coming for years! Clean with nice friendly staff. But not on January 30th!

Ran in for some last minute gift wrapping. Good selection. Store was very busy but not too messy. 3 of 4 registers open and the cashiers all seemed friendly.
