Nothing like being treated like a criminal while looking to purchase a pair of shoes. 100% would have walked out, were the shoes I wanted available anywhere else. 110% will not be back.

Wasn't pleased with my last experience, was followed constantly, workers hovering like I was some professional thief even though I'm VIP and am always in there. Was willing to ignore it until I saw the other woman stationed by the exit pretending to work like she was going to stop me if I ran, lol.There are a lot of other places I can shop at, please stop harassing good customers because they're brown.

I like DSW for the wide selection of shoes they have, however they are very pricey.

I wear 12 "extra wide". This isn't a fault to DSW, but they also have like no 12 "wide". I tried shopping here twice but there isn't anything for me to try on. Oh well.
