My packages keep arriving crushed and ripped open to where the contents could be accessed/removed. I typically receive 2-3 packages a week from various sources, only my FedEx boxes arrive in this condition.

The customer service sucks u can't get to talk to a real person they delivered my PKG to the wrong house. So I payed for an item and never received it how great is that. And because u can't talk to a real person u are screwed!!!!!

Drivers not checking adress. Delivered to wrong address. Poor driver service unreliable deliverys. Drivers are in to much of a hurry or they can't read an address. My address is 3930 apt 1 package was delivered to 3981 apt 1.

Our service via this branch has not ever really been good, but the last 6 months specifically have been terrible service. Packages are lucky to arrive the day they are expected. Rarely do they take the scheduled pick ups, normally they just set the incoming boxes on the outgoing. If I am lucky to be at my location, I have to ask them to take them. Drivers are rude, throwing packages when the boxes are already damaged. My drivers joke about packages being lost on the truck for days. As I’ve been someone who has had packages say they have been “loaded on vehicle out for delivery” and never come. Truly not funny, as I am only one person you’re delivering to relying on packages to be on time as I need them for my business. Unsure why they cannot get this figured out, as I had zero issues when UPS was my main shipping provider. If I could switch back, I would.

Have had my deliveries dropped at wrong address several times even though I went through delivery manager and said to check Lot number. Still went to wrong house. How hard is it to read the numbers on the trailer.

they dont like to deliver to flint so when it show out for delivery you might get it the next day . and when you call them all they say is wait till the end of day even if you call at 730 pm cause they close at 8 pm

Apparently u don't have to learn how to read to be a fed x driver. This the third time I had to find my package. It wad delivered at 615 apartment 8.my address is 607 apartment 11

App and customer service said package would be delivered by noon one day, next time it said by the end of the day a week later! GYST FedEx!!!

Are there negative stars? Quite literally the worst business ever, not just at shipping, at everything. They can't even go out of business correctly. Utter failure, a trash company.

When calling FedEx it is very hard to get a real person on the Phone, and then they can't speak English hardly and it took me 5 times to get them to say my name correctly. No one wants to do their jobs anymore they put u on hold and u have to wait for the next person to pick up. What a shame FedEx used to be a great company, now it's just ran down they should close their doors for good what a crappy company

They constantly change delivery dates daily even when your stuff has been loaded every day on a truck and is out for delivery! Seriously how many days should I have to wait for shit that was paid for?! Christmas time was extremely bad rescheduled every day for over a week! Absolutely ridiculous!

Be nice if they would deliver on time when you pay for two day shipping instead of sitting at the Saginaw facility for three days now.
Update my packages got sent to Birchrun then back to Ohio then back to the Saginaw store for delivery again, so I guess two day delivery actually means in two weeks they might get delivered. Also more great news they finally Dropped off one of two packages that was supposed to be delivered. So who knows when I’ll get the other package. What a joke i’ve seen children more organized than FedEx is, unbelievable. And when I call to try to talk to a live person, I honestly think I would have better luck going to a cemetery to have a conversation with a live person than their automated BS.

Fedex is the absolute worst shipper there is. The last driver to show up to my home stated he can see where our area has alot of missed packages bc the driver who has our root chooses not to come
