Not helpful and deceitful. Would not cash a legitimate check issued by their own bank!!! I would be worried to actually bank there and not being able to get my own money out. Stay away.

The staff are polite. But my issue is going in the drive through. Doesn’t matter if I’m first or 3rd in line- it’s ALWAYS so very slow! Usually at least 15-18 minutes. It appears they will continue taking care of customers that come in the lobby while you wait. Maybe they need more staff.

Thank you! I needed something notarized, after 2 banks and 2 ups stores with all their notaries being out, I decided to call fifth third since i was near. Not only did they tell me the notary was there but they also made sure of everything i needed would suffice before me driving over. Not only were they helpful but extremely polite. I normally don't write reviews but I feel the employees went above and beyond. Turned my grumpy mood around ;)

I open a account there with JUST my name on the account.one of the teller at your bank put my money in someone else's account and you refuse to put my money in my account..im very upset 😡 about my money I work 16 hours two jobs for my money.l now going to Tv5 for them to do a investigation into the matter..l have tried to work with the Manger he's so nasty and unprofessional.l have been going through this with not a word from the bank on what's going on with the matter.lm totally disgusted with the whole thing..what do I do.l'm so ANGRY 😠I WILL NEVER PUT ANOTHER PENNY IN THIS BANK.

Fifth Third pretty much has decent customer service. My issue with them is that I opened my account when they were having the $200 promotion if u got direct deposit and paid three bills through their system. I did all of those things and every time I inquired about my $200 I would get the run around. Everyone says the manager will call back I have yet to receive a call or my money. It's not a huge big deal but if you're running a promotion to gain customers then stand by your promise. And they don't have a grace period for overdraft. Which is strange considering most banks do. I'm not sure how long I'll be here.

Made a deposit here and the girl was really nice and friendly and i don't know why this location has so many bad reviews. I had an excellent experience here and i even came in like a half hour before they closed with a lot of change and other money and they weren't rude or anything but instead were nice and even gave me my own wraps for this time and next time. Then after my deposit i got my receipt and she wrote "Thank You" on it and gave me a yellow lollipop. Now i think that's pretty great! Give that employee a raise!

Honestly every time I walk in there I am greeted by everybody that isnt busy with the usual banking task, the staff ask about how my week was while staying focused on their assigned task.

They seem very racist. I walked in, no one greeted me or said anything to me period. There was a Caucasian couple behind me & the teller greeted them politely. She also said nothing to me when I left, no "have a good day" or anything but told the lady in front of me that & we left out at the same time. Made me feel very uncomfortable.

This manger Brad is a mean and nasty to his customers and employees.... I do not recommend banking here or bringing your business to this branch. I would go to the other branch. I walked in the branch two days ago and he was screaming at his employee. I felt embarrassed for the way he treated her. She was just a young girl.. I walked out of the office.. I will no longer bank at this branch. Truly debating on just leaving this bank all together due to the poor quality manger this guy is.. That was not the first time I witnessed him screaming and yelling at employees. Very unprofessional environment and uncomfortable for me as a customer. BTW I did NOT want to even give a star but I had to just to post this experience..
