Why schedule an appointment for an alignment and oil change for you to get here on time and then they forget your alignment so now you're here 2 hours for an oil change? I'll never use this place for anything at this point. You definitely don't know what time management is or communication among staff

Use this place quite a bit, have been very happy with the price, efficiency. This last time not so great though. Brought truck in for a noise got a rundown of issues, fixed all issues. Still the noise now it's something diff and I have to pay for them to pull my rear diff a part to see what it ( could be ) after a 900 bill.

I got my brakes checked, for free. This is almost unheard of in this day and age. After the inspection they let me know that I did not need brake work at this time and that I had a lot of life in my brakes. Being female and knowing about cars this bit of honesty was so rare and so appreciated Firestone has now gained a new customer for my basic car maintenance such as lil changes and tires and when my brakes do need repair I will be visiting Firestone.
