I’ve got nothing but good things to say about this place. Any time I need work done I come to them. They make sure the job is done right, as well they don’t take forever to work on your vehicle like most places. They do an inspection and send you a text message with everything that’s wrong with your vehicle and give you the the price of the things that need to be done. I was able to get my truck and car fixed for a great price and after they were done they both ran flawlessly. I’d recommend them over any other place in Saginaw/ Bridgeport.

Had transmission serviced they charged 1100 the transmission was never taken out of truck this was 14 years ago ran into the guy shopping he hide and ran off very bad service. ending up selling the truck with a bad trans

Worse customer service ever even the owner was rude, not only did they beat my wife out of money, my car run worse than when I brought it in to them, I attempted to speak with the owner to find a solution instead he was extremely rude and hostile, than they tried to blame me for there poor maintenance, my vehicle was there twice the first time they said the issue was fixed, i drove it and it wasnt so i took it back, the second time they told me they couldn't fix the issue and to take it somewhere else, I told them that my vehicle was driving worse than when i brought it in, instead of having atleast having a little empathy, the owner became hostile, I'm not sure if there's a bias there or what but I wouldn't bring a bicycle there, customer service was extremely poor, and the maintenance wasn't on par to the awards they claim they won

My 2018 chevy malibu broke down on me 6-2-2024. I got my car towed to Gales that same night. The gales on Dixie Hwy. They send pictures to your phone of exactly what's going on with your vehicle! They did a amazing job fixing my car! Definitely would recommend there service to anyone!! Very friendly and helpful ??
