I bought a certified pre-owned car. I was told I had 2 free services. I expected to get 2 free oil changes. What I actually got was 2500 points at Chevy.com, which is worth $25. I feel lied to.

Bought another vehicle from Garber this week. The entire crew at Garber is just fantastic. Holly, Jon and Cynthia make the entire process painless. I have been buying vehicles from this dealership for many years. Have compared them to other dealers in the area and there is no comparison to to the quality of care they deliver to their customers. And quality of care is very important to this nurse. I will not go anywhere else. Need a vehicle, go there you will not be disappointed, and tell them Diane RN sent you in.

My car broke down while I was an hour and a half away from home. They were able to get it in and had the electronic throttle body module replaced in under an hour. I was impressed by the courteous and prompt service which is often difficult to find today.

I was just researching the Buick LaCrosse-looking for a large sedan-Impala (which I currently have), Ford Taurus, Toyota Avalon-then was told to look at the Buick LaCrosse. Landed on Garber Buick-where I started a conversation with Andrea via chat on the website-which ended with a great phone conversation with Andrea and got the purchase process started. I am in Maine and Garber Buick is in MI which I thought was going to be a problem-but it wasn't. Andrea was the start of a very quick and pleasant purchasing experience. Then started working with Anthony and Mike-both were also great to work with-very professional. Purchase went very fast-got a car that was delivered that was in great condition-which was exactly what they all said. Purchase was sight unseen-but with their help-the Buick LaCrosse was delivered to me Thursday Oct 8th - and exceeded my expectations. My son got the Impala who is 16- junior in HS now gets an extra hour and a half extra sleep each morning-so he is one happy camper. Car was ready for pickup and delivered. 3 months of me searching near me was tedious and frustrating since there was nothing available-but your team made my week. What a great experience! Keep up the great work. Just over a week and car delivered-awesome

If I could rate zero stars that would be more accurate. I brought my car here after an accident last year per recommendation via liberty mutual. This has been my experience: It took approximately a month to receive my vehicle, when I did they did not put clips back in my dash and ceiling, my light fixture fell while I was driving as a result. Took it back in and after a bit they fixed it. The vehicle had been making a loud buzzing sound since being repaired so after a bit I brought it back in and was told my heat shield was rotted out badly, and that's where the sound was coming from. I argued because it didn't make sense, garber, more specifically tony and rich told me they would "take care" of me and cut me a deal and do it for around $600. I said no I'll take it elsewhere for a second opinion. After taking it multiple places, each time I was told the heat shields were in perfect condition and not me saying this but another mechanic "that who ever said it was that should not be licensed." Now I call back in to ask why they were trying to charge me $600+ for a heat shield that is CLEARLY in good condition I am told by Rich Perdu (unsure of proper spelling) that he isn't gonna argue with me and that if it was diagnosed then they would fix it, unfortunately that's why insurance paid them somewhere between $6-8k, they weren't paid that much for someone more competent to do their job for them. I mentioned that I felt defrauded and would seek the advice from an attorney and Rich told me "to go ahead" so that alone tells you how arrogant they are. He also had the audacity to call me back and ask if I was still going to bring it in, unfortunately I already "went ahead" as Rich told me to.Updated response: As stated and as you just confirmed, your people falsely stated that it was a heat shield, I did not and will not take it to another business owned by Garber, that would be just plain ignorant, now wouldn't it? I have as stated had it looked at by other certified, HONEST, and competent places outside your zone of influence, who stated the heat shield is in great condition so again I ask, why was your center trying to charge me to fix what was clearly and obviously never broken? I was specifically told "the heat shield is rusted out and falling apart", there isn't a spec of rust in it. I do not trust your businessto fix what should have been fixed from day one, especially after you, Rich, in specific were so rude during our phone call last week.

Don't pressure people into trying to buy a vehicle when they say it's too expensive then ignore them. Just had surgery day before buying had surgery on my arm was under anesthesia was in pain and I kept telling them it was to expensive then called and no one would return our calls. Now stuck with a vehicle I can't afford an out 2 vehicles I traded in. Never buy here unless you have tons of money.

John Weiss. Assisted us with an upgrade to a 2019 Buick Envision. John was very through in explaining the paperwork. Took the stress out of buying a car. Highly recommend John and will work with him again in 5 years. Thank you John that was fun and EASY.
