I went to get an oil change last week. Needed additional service, tires and brakes. This was told to me three hours that I waited for my car. They said they call me when the tires and parts come in. It has been a week and I called to speak to a Manger. Left a message never received a call back. Next day, that would be today November 9, 2023 I went to Nissan on Bay Rd. Spoke to Katie. She said she has the parts and tires. No explanation or empathy on this situation. Had to rent a car over the past weekend to keep providing my serve to my customers. They act like they are doing me a favor. Poor service period.

Highly Recommend!This is my first purchase with Garber Nissan. Sales rep Annie was amazing! I would not have purchased a new 2023 Nissan Frontier without her assistance. I had a lot of questions and concerns, from which model, trim, and payment plan. Annie went above and beyond to ensure that I secure my desired truck, even after purchase. Heather in the parts department was very courteous in helping me obtain parts and accessories. A wealth of knowledge. Furthermore, Garber Nissan made me feel like I was a friend and not just another customer.Bottom line. “Worth a short drive to enjoy your new ride.”

The service time and work itself was done in a swift and timely manner and I left 30 minutes early! However my confusion and some frustration comes from my experience when I inquired about some of the parts I could get installed through the service team. The rep for the parts room was helpful amd friendly but referred me to the service shop to learn more about the installation process and details about the product - such as the indoor camera system, the software, functional use, and other general questions.I understand the part may not be a high demand installation but I was hoping they would have some knowledge about the product itself, installation, and how it operates once installed.Overall positive but a letdown on the service and parts knowledge aspect especially when it comes to customer experience.

Salesman Steve Klein was friendly, showed us various vehicles, supplied any information requested and was very helpful. Business Manager Levi Ralph was very attentive and helpful processing my lease information. Dealership was very clean as were the vehicles we test drove!

This place will keep you in the dark about the status on your car. They don’t return calls when you call and they pull answers out of the air for questions you have. My car has been here for over a week and I was told 4 different times that my car would be done at the end of those 4 different days only to find out that when I called about it they haven’t touched my car. If you don’t mind losing your car for an unseen amount of time and don’t mind the mechanics here taking their sweet time to fix any issues then this is the place for you. I don’t understand how this company stays in business with all the inconveniences they allow to happen to their customers. Definitely will NOT be taking my vehicle here again.

I wish they would've test drove the vehicle after the repair. They would've found the main issue wasn't resolved, just the most annoying one. I am otherwise really happy with my experience and will continue to use their services as long as I own this vehicle and live in the area.

Incredibly happy with the service I received from Rob. He was a champion through the whole process and helped me find the exact car I was looking for. I had a handful of personal obstacles that they made feel like a breeze. Cannot say enough about the quality of the service provided to me during the car buying process. Levi was also very informational on the tail end of the close and made sure I knew about every option available. Great place if not one of the best if you’re looking for a new vehicle!

Recent maintenance was done because of an inspection completed during regular tire inspection and rotation. A bearing sound was detected and bearing replacement was scheduled and completed. Much better to have potential issues detected early vs having a failure while on the road. Thank You, Garber Nissan.

Where do I begin? Rob was helpful and patient as we looked at 3 different vehicles. We love Renee. Renee was very informative on telling me all about our new Nissan Pathfinder. We would highly recommend Renee to another looking for that perfect Nissan vehicle. Levi how wonderful and kind you were to make sure we got the price we wanted to pay for our Pathfinder. My lease expired and I decided that I wanted to purchase my next vehicle. I worked with Rob Groll, who along with the entire Garber Nissan Hyundai, was fantastic. As I left with my new Rogue, I felt that the entire vehicle shopping process was a very positive experience. I have and will continue to recommend the Garber team to family and friends.

My experience with the team at Garber Nissan Bay Rd. is always a good one! I recently had to have my transmission replaced, and the service department did everything they could to make sure I was as informed and comfortable as possible through the process. I did have a vehicle service contract, and that was a lifesaver, and it helped immensely! I will never purchase another used vehicle without one! Dealerships can be an intimidating place, especially for a woman, but the staff from the very first time I came in after purchasing my Altima, made me feel as if they genuinely cared about my experience and the performance of my vehicle. Katie Nellet, Ben Chad, and the entire service department, a special thanks goes out to you all! I’m very thankful to have my favorite car back! See you all for the next oil change!

Renee was so great with us, we drove 3 different models & decided on a Beautiful "stripped down" model of the Nissan Rogue. My wife's "Last Car" will have a great warranty to take us into retirement and Levi and Renee made that future investment a reality around a Holiday w/e when nobody wants to be working!!
