Dispatch sent Eric out after we spun off of 75 on a snowy night. They were there within 15 minutes, super helpful, calm, and caring. Very reasonably priced for the prompt response. Would recommend for all your towing needs! Thank you!!

The best towing service in all of Saginaw by FAR. They’re so polite and helpful on the phone! I was in a really horrible accident. They towed my car from scene and held it for me until insurance could pick it up, my breaks went out which caused the accident and they even inspected them right after the tow to help me get the ticket dismissed, free of charge! They’re also helping me transport my totaled vehicle to a different location today and their prices are very reasonable! When I went to go collect my belongings I was bawling my eyes out seeing my car in person since the accident. All the workers expressed their sympathy’s and even spoke with me about how I’m doing! Great people and great service! Would recommend to anybody.
Update after originally reviewing: just met Joel one of their tow drivers, he’s SO polite and amazing!!

My 2018 Silverado Truck broke down on the side of I-75. Couldn't even get her to budge a little bit. Called Gobeyn's and they sent out their tow truck driver. He was very sweet and helpful and got us and the truck to Gobeyn's.
Left truck there and in a few days we found out it was the transfer case that had sort of exploded under the hood. They were able to order the parts and get her fixed in 3 weeks.
Then, when we couldn't get to pick her up right away (we don't live anywhere near this place) they were understanding and helpful. We picked the truck up and she's running great.
Couldn't be happier with these folks and their awesome customer service. Dennis in service is great!

The tow truck driver was very professional and friendly. He took care not to damage the vehicle and dropped it off at the dealership just as requested in a timely manner.

My boyfriend took his car here to get parts of his engine repaired. We knew it would take a while but not 3 almost 4 months! It started out with only the timing chain needing to be one which they fixed that after 2 month of it being there. Then they found stuff in the oil pan which they didn’t tell him about until after they told him his car was done. He then paid $3,600 for his car WHICH IS INSANE!!!!! He drove it 5 min down the road and the oil pressure gage was messed up saying no oil. He then took it back and thats when they decided to tell him that they found stuff in his oil pan. So they took back had it for another 2 months, mind you everyone there just obviously didnt seem to care about life because they all looked miserable everytime he would ask how his car was doing. They messed up a whole bunch of stuff like axle, lost bolts, and etc and when it came down to his car finally being done, they told him they wanted 1,600 after he already paid them the 3k!!!!!! Im beyond disappointed with this place! Please i beg that you never send your car here! They are very very overpriced and they could care less about your car!!!!!Service: Vehicle rebuilds
