Entry to the building is cumbersome, they supply carts to move your belongings the carts have damaged tires and they are extremely difficult to move... I haven't even been in this storage unit 2 weeks and they sent me a invoice for 3 months of rent!!! I didn't like the facility before you demanded money up front... I've had multiple storage units over the years and this is by far the worst one... not once did they tell me rent is due quarterly... I paid with a credit card and I will be disputing this charge

It took me sometime to decide to write this review. In the beginning great service. Unfortunately, at the end of journey, my expensive computer, luggage along with clothing inside was RUINED due to a leak in the ceiling of the unit. I informed staff he reached out to the owner. He basically brushed me completely off. No type of offer other than the advice to contact my renters insurance. I'm sorry, I trusted the unit to keep ALL my things DRY. Never expected my things would become DAMAGED with water. They should be ashamed of themselves. No insurance was offered at the time of renting. You should be ashamed of yourself! You could have replaced the items that were damaged. Unbelievable! Yeah, I could have taken you to court but I decided I'll allow karma to handle your business. Even though you weren't required to replace items, you could have at least met me halfway. Do something to make the situation right! Look at these pictures! There is absolutely NO EXCUSE! NONE! I estimated for everything that was damaged, I'm out $2100. Still shaking my head. Hopefully, the owner did not claim damage on my behalf and keep the money. That probably would be a HuGE issue come the near future. What's done in the dark will eventually come to light!

Clean place, well priced for what we needed. No damage to any of our belongings. I would highly recommend this storage unit.
We were able to purchase the special locks for the unit door. Can call to pay rent each month.
