Staff is ALWAYS wonderful. The stores themselves? NOPE. I used to know to size up 1 size (since I was a teen)...and now you have to size up two or THREE times in order to have -anything- fit. Men or women's clothing. And that's on myself and my oldest..it's so disappointing that this is just getting worse. And their sizing chart online is beyond wrong as well. Best to come here for trinkets and other items, NOT clothing items.

Don't get me wrong if I gave you a 5 star there is no room for improvement so I always put a 4 as my 5. Everything was perfect at the store. Great customer service. We bought some pants onl8ne and they ran small so we returned them with no problem to the store. They have a huge variety of rock shirts like AC/DC , megadeath, motley crue and guns and roses. Plus so much more.
