If I could give them zero stars I would. This was my third year going to this location and working with Kelly Brewer, she hasn't responded to any of my calls and can't tell me why I haven't received my taxes this year! Stay away from this place and her. She is highly unprofessional, and I feel like I've been scammed..

The lady who did my taxes in the years past here was always wonderful, the tax experts are not my issue. The girl who answered the phone, Destiny, I found rude; furthermore, the prices to get your taxes done is also insane to me. Although I was calling to cancel my appointment, she made me repeat myself and I even heard a giggle when saying she’d cancel it. I see from the recent reviews, I’m not the only one with problems with reception.

The past few years I had been going here. But some reason 🤔 I don't receive my whole money 😒 back. I always keep 💯 on going back and they don't want to deal with my issues 💯 .

The tax professional that prepared my tax returns (Brian) was courteous and professional. He completed my taxes quickly and accurately. He also was informative of my tax needs, present and past. I highly recommend H&R Block to anyone for all and any of your tax needs. I already scheduled my appointment for next year's tax season. 100% satisfied!

I gave this rating do to fact I pay for tax identiy shield every year I've filed an has been canceled relatedly every year an my money should Ben refunded for every year u filed should be 3 to 4 hundred dollars
