I wish I could give zero stars. After confirming our appointment twice, we drove over half an hour to this location. Except, when we arrived, the lights were off and no one was picking up the phone. We called H&R Block and they told us, after confirming the time and location, that the agent did not show. No phone call. No rescheduling. They simply didn’t show. Now we have to struggle to find another place last minute before we fly. Do NOT use this place or agent.
