I'm officially never visiting this store again. I had already made it last resort but now never again. Having to hike through the store to make a return or exchange is annoying. When you are ready to make a purchase you have to find a counter without a closed sign. Clearance signs are on shelves with things that are NOT on clearance. Goodbye!

Customer service lady at 4:15 on Dec 1st was the RUDEST woman I have ever met in my life. She was rude immediately. I have been a customer service GM for 10 years and if I heard an employee talking to ANYONE like that she would not be working for me after.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband purchased a ring for me about a month ago. The next day I took it in to be sized and the lady said it was going to be 2-4 weeks and they would call when my ring came back in. Since I not heard anything, I decided to call yesterday. We live an hour away and , if it was there, we would make arrangements to go get it Saturday. The lady at the jewelry counter that answered the phone was one of the rudest customer service people I have ever encountered. In a very nasty tone, she proceeded to tell me she called everyone Wednesday who had something there and that she was too busy to check for me. Now, I get it...I work in customer service...you do get busy at times. But I have never had someone speak to me that way and make me feel like I shouldn't even be bothering them. My husband and I will not be spending our money here anymore. It was unnecessary and uncalled for and my husband is thinking about telling them to take their ring back! Please think twice about buying jewelry here and dealing with unprofessional and rude employees. Oh...and she said she would call me back and never bothered.

Leaving store now after spending 15 minutes looking at suits for my wedding. Two ladies/employees stood 5’ away, neither acknowledging my presence as I went through jacket after jacket looking for a 48R in charcoal Stanford and one of their other lines. I was able to get informed about how one of them walked in the other morning and the changing rooms were in disarray and how a new employee may or may not have been overwhelmed at the register.
Funny thing is, they acknowledged a man and his wife and promptly began conversation and providing assistance.
Quite a day. I’ll see about ordering online with the pics I took of what fit, but not quite the color I need.

Sad what has happened to these original "box stores". We found the 2 items we came for (pillows, T-shirts) but, the store appeared disorganized, merchandise on the floor, no rhyme or reason to the way the store was organized esp on the 2nd floor. We still enjoy giving Penney's our business and they still have some high quality items 😁

Waited at the checkout for quite a few minutes, then the cashier said I will be right with you.
Then she waited on a lady who walked up after we had been waiting for about five minutes. Horrible service. Won't be going back

I used the ladies’ fitting rooms yesterday morning at the Saginaw store. The rooms were a disgrace! They obviously hadn’t been mopped in days/weeks. Big dust/lint balls, clothing tags covered the floor. Wish I would’ve taken a pic.
