Click curbside pick up and it says “ Unable to locate this order” so go into the store and the pickup counter is on the 2nd floor, stupidest most inconvenient idea ever. One worker there, seven people deep. I suggest buying elsewhere.

Overwhelm disappointed women section 1st floor too MANY SMALL SIZES. TOO cluster of clothes. Racks and racks of small clothes on sales racks.

Nothing to do with the store but JCPennys should really work on their call system as well as their online management of orders. There isn't an extension for customer service pick up when you call this location. You select the operator and no one answers. Ordered a product online on November 5th.. online it still says in transit to store. Called there 800 number this morning, lady says it has been at the store since November 10th. Never received an email from there stating my item was ready for pick up. Also called Jcpenny's yesterday and was told that my order was still stating it was in transit to the store and they did not have it. So, there is error lacking somewhere between online orders and this location. Also, I believe that their employees need more training on online orders if they're going to be the focal point for answering questions about online orders. If I'm going to get referred to the manager the employees should at least know how to get in contact with their manager. Transfer me to a voicemail or something. Don't leave me hanging in the dark about an order I placed 12 days ago. Sincerely, Raquel

Jewelry is beautiful, but it's a good thing I paid for a warranty on it. I have brought it back 4 times within a year. The diamonds keep falling out.
