I have made 2 returns in the last 24 hours. One was my mistake and one I had damaged boots. The staff is SO helpful and kind, i was in and out very quickly and left satisfied. The person I was dealing with today had fashion colored hair and piercings (I wish I remember their name). They were an absolute delight and I could not be happier!

Went in with my girlfriend to get her a new pair of uggs and the lady with pink hair working there kept pushing her to to buy other items, when she said no the worker was visibly upset and said my girlfriends shoes were dirty and trashed and that she’d be wasting another 100 dollars if she didn’t buy the product. Terrible costumer service she made my partner cry.

Went in store and found a show. Didn’t have it in stock so they ordered the shoe. We told her multiple times the correct size. They came, wrong size. Looked at the receipt and she indeed ordered the wrong size. Went back to exchange and get the correct size and now they’re not available. She tried to get me to order the wrong size that would’ve been way to small to make up for her mistake. If she wouldn’t have ordered the wrong shoe after telling her multiple times what the correct size was, I wouldn’t be in this spot. She had 0 empathy what so ever.

We were called about 53.6 different pets names in 15 minutes. Salespeople really need to get away from doing that. I don't know you. Don't call me babe or honey or anything like that. It is disrespectful and off putting. Also if you need to address something with someone you are supervising excuse yourself and do it off to the side not in front of customers.

Woman that helped us yesterday was very rude and talked to us like we were complete morons. Won't ever go back to this location, I've never been spoken to like that before by a retail worker. Unreal! I can see we aren't the only ones that had an issue with her!

The girl that works there (I’m fairly certain she’s the manager, she has colored hair) is super pushy with sales, and I actively avoid shopping here because of this. She actually gave me an attitude because I tried on a pair of sandals and didn’t like how they looked so I didn’t buy them. Really unpleasant experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. Came in to return some shoes. Never worn. Manager started giving me option to exchange them. Once I told her the ones she picked was not my style she got offended. Then she started eye balling the shoes I had brought in. Told me they had been worn. Either 1. she was so offended by my opinion she denied my return. Or 2. They sold me worn shoes. I’m sorry but I would not still have original bag, box, and receipt if I had been wearing them.
