I have worked with this team for many years and would never switch. They are the greatest. Any questions, concerns or advice needed they are always on top of it without hesitation. Friendly and personable. You won't get this type of service with any large online corporation. They treat you as a person and a friend, not just a policy number. (Not to mention their rates have always been the best offered to us.)

I am big on shopping around for the best rate and when it comes to auto no one came even close to the rate Karl Brigg's office offered me. I'm bundled with home and auto and have been very happy with their communication. Everyone in the office is so friendly, and they are always easy to deal with and very professional! I would definitely recommend Karl and his team.
