Absolutely horrible service from Saginaw, MI store. Terrible communication. The sizing person broke my ring. They told me I had to come pick out a new ring and after driving an hour to the store they told me they can order the same ring. They lied to me about it coming back from sizing. I bought it Feb 8th and didn’t get my ring back until Apr 11th. The manager never returned my calls. A Diamond stone fell out of my ring with the first month. I complained to the chat service online and they emailed the manager to get ahold of me and a month later still no reply. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was a loyal Kay Jeweler customer but after this I will never shop there again!DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! They are awful!

I took my 8000 dollar ring in for a simple enlargement needles to say it's ? I'm heartbroken. I will never shop at Saginaw location again very rude and no communication. My beautiful white gold ring looks like a cheap silver plated piece of garbage. Going through corporate now still waiting for ticket escalation. Just heartbreaking it took me 3 years to find this ring now I won't even wear it?

Sadly I need to have my white gold ring re gold every 6 months, and when I went to other Jewelry stores and asked to trade it in on a new ring, they ask where I got it? They won't trade in on their jewelry... that says a lot right there... Sorry Kay's this is the 3rd time and your out. Won't shop here again no way

Big shout out to Amelia. I bought a chain in 2001 when my Mom passed. My grandson just broke it and I was devastated. Came in thinking I would have to replace; but, she took the time and looked up my warranty that I was convinced she could not find!!!! It is now out for repair free of charge. Thanks for the great customer service ????

They were fast,friendly and helpful.They adjusted my watch and had me try it on to see if it fit right and kept adjusting it until it did fit. I will definitely come back there for sure.

We purchased our ring and band 13 years ago. If we need any service done such as cleaning and sizing we always take it to Kay's are very satisfied with the service we receive.

I lost a chip out of my band 2 weeks ago. KAY Jewelers were SOOO GREAT and FAST at fixing my ring and returning it to me. Costumer Service was TOP NOTCH

Came in there with my girlfriend and rude is an understatement. I had had my mom’s ring I wanted to trade in that was from Kay jewelers. They told me that I couldn’t do that. I had the okay from customer service to even do it. I had CASH IN HAND to make a purchase from store. Too bad I don’t purse from RUDE employees and RUDE managers. I will go to another store.

In February, we found out that my dad has advanced stage cancer and time is not on our side. We decided to get married ASAP so my dad could walk me down the aisle. I spoke with our saleswoman and she said she would make a note to see if corporate would be able to rush my sizing. I also reached out to corporate myself. They called back and told me they were doing everything they could to rush my ring to me. Then we found out my dad also had covid, luckily it was a mild case. As soon as he was cleared of covid, we tied the knot. The fact that Kay was able to get my ring to me so fast was amazing. They really made my dreams come true. My dad got to walk his only daughter down the aisle, we have beautiful pictures to forever remember this day. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. Here's a picture of my dad and I.
