We shouldn't have to drive all the way to the pharmacy to check on a prescription because the automated phone service can't give you an accurate update and the pharmacy personnel WON'T ANSWER THE PHONE!! Their text service doesn't work. They are understaffed (one employee told me they can't keep workers). If they treat their employees like they treat their customers, then I can believe it. Switching pharmacies. I'm so done.

They dont awnser the phone , return voice messages. Definitely would not recommend to anyone. I've called from in the store and watched them duck phone calls. Poor service at best .

Unfortunately, the other reviews on here are all too accurate.
This place is understaffed, and phones go unanswered way too often. HOWEVER a gentleman named Nick is very kind and helpful, and does his very best to accommodate customers.
I wish they could have 10 of him. Problems would be resolved very quickly.

Plus, I grew up around here, and used to come here to get a soda pop, chips & candy here as a kid through my college years; this is a trusted store of quality in excellence of products & service; and the staff here has also been friendly and helpful.

We’ve given more than enough grace and chances for one great customer experience with the pharmacy. We need and order and call to get life saving medicine and they have never been helpful or on top of their stuff. The pharmacy is not one to use if you need monthly or weekly medicine. We now drive to essexville for all of our Kroger pharmacy needs. Thankful for that location.

Need a prior authorization for a medication. The pharmacy tech tried telling me its my responsibilty.I know its their's! They are supposed to call my insurance company not me! I will be switching pharmacies because,of this BS! I've been going there for 10 years.Not anymore unless they fix this!!!!!

Worse experience ever. The phone is barely answered, if the answering machine is not full and you're able to leave a message you'll never receive a return call. Medications are rarely ready even when they say they are or will be. Apparently automatic refill doesn't work. This has been a total nightmare!! I understand things happen but not with every perception/refill. There has not been a time since Rite Aid closed that I have received my households perceptions successfully. We get perceptions refilled monthly.

You may as well go there right after your dr sends in the script, because they will never have it ready when they say it's ready. They're nice enough, but it's not the most efficient pharmacy.

The pharmacy texted me three day ago saying my prescription is ready, and when I get there it is not ready. This is the third time this happen. They don't care about customers only your cash. People can die from not receiving their meds. The worst place.

No answer when calling at 1:08 pm on a Saturday. Why isn't the pharmacy open at this hour? Absolutely ridiculous. Not open. But in the meantime, patient is in extreme pain.

I have an issue with my prescriptions, and I can't get anyone to answer the phone here. I can't get a call back when I leave a message, and if I go in (and sit through a 30 min wait) they tell me to come back the next day but then can't help me the next time either. So freaking frustrating!
