This pharmacy has always been awful. I had a prescription called in and was receiving texts saying it was ready for pick up. After waiting about 30 minutes in the drive through, I get to the window and the employee says that don’t have anything on file for me. I showed her the texts and said I knew it was called into this location. She looked again and sure enough she found it in the system. She then tells me that it’s be 20 minutes to fill it. I told her I’ll come back the next day. She then says “hang on, let me check if we have it in stock.” This is not the first time this has happened. So unorganized and slow.

Can you teach the girls some customer service skills please. Like when the girl working the drive through knows that I have been waiting at the counter and when she finishes with her customer she purposely does not acknowledge me and does not alert the girl that is supposed to be working the counter. I had to ask for help and was told "give me a minute". I had already waited long enough. This was March 13th at 6:15. This was not the first time I've experienced a disregard for a customer.

The employees themselves are fantastic. They work hard and care about helping their customers. If you are kind and patient with them they will go above and beyond to assist you.Unfortunately upper management insists on screwing over their employees by understaffing, lying about growth opportunities, and ignoring any issues brought to their attention. As a result employees are often overly stressed and overworked.

Please, use any other pharmacy. I have given 3 years worth of chances and tonight after finding out a prescription my child needs can not be ordered anymore AFTER all of his medication has run out I am officially DONE. I talked to a pharmacist on Monday who said they would order the medication & it would be here by today as well. Then after waiting at the pharmacy tonight for 45 minutes we were told they never even got the medication and didn't even so much as notify us so that we could try to have our doctor send the prescription to a pharmacy that does have it. This isn't the first time this has happened to us but it WILL BE THE LAST TIME. Go somewhere else where they actually care about the well being of their patients.

The change over in management with the pharmacy has been such a great change. I appreciate the current manager Mr T. He is a polite and wonderful man. His staff is always so polite to me and my ailing mother when she comes in and gets her perscriptions filled or when I have to pick them up. I greatly appreciate what they do. Please disregard that eric S individual's review he doesn't know what he is talking about

Have been coming here for years. Really like the place, the staff take their time working with me. I am older so it is hard for me to move around and provide the necessary information. Really happy that they move at a good speed. I highly recommend coming here and getting your perscriptions filled here.

The manager here is a friendly face and very nice man. Does a good job managing staff and they're always polite and friendly. Never had an issue with a medication refill.

Please note that the management and staff here are polite and professional. I have never had an issue getting my meds filled or hearing back from them. They perform at the highest level and are an asset to our community

to bad i cant select 0 stars. this place is the worst. the staff is incredibly RUDE. especially JODI who works front window.i see complaints on her all through this review page and yet she still is there pushing all your customers away. they have zero bedside manner and dont seem to realize medication is IMPORTANT FOR PEOPLE TO LIVE. they cant keep up and its very bad. DO NOT GO HERE.

Gave my husband and I the wrong brand of COVID shots. Every time we went there for our shots, we always gave our vaccination cards to the individual entering the information and I even reiterated what brand we were there to get. Our information is on their computer screens and the pharmacist had our vaccination cards, so there is no valid reason/excuse to mess up. Incompetent people working in the pharmacy.

The pharmacy needs to work on filling prescriptions when clients request them. Calling in at 9:15 a.m. to get your prescriptions in the afternoon is absolutely worthless. Apparently the only way to get your prescription is to show up, then it is not ready, and then you have to wait further. In today’s world, we are all busy and cannot afford these 15 to 30 minute waits. On a brighter note, Nick was exceptional with taking care of me with a prescription that was not immediately filled. Wait times are extremely long, as they are very slow in the drive thru. They also never seem to have my prescriptions in at the times they say they’ll be ready. I drove all the way here for my prescription yesterday, only to be told it would be ready tomorrow, so I go to pick it up today and they say it’s out of stock. Maybe let people know ahead of time? I’ll be switching pharmacies, hopefully to one that actually communicates with their customers.

The pharmacy technician tried to tell me that my prescription wasn’t covered by my insurance. I called my insurance and they called the pharmacy and turns out, she didn’t look up my insurance through medicaid which is what my insurance is based through. In reality, she didn’t do her job. She told me that they fill hundreds of prescriptions a day and it’s impossible to let people know that they don’t take their insurance. Kinda makes me feel bad for the people who can’t afford to pay OR have valid insurance that they aren’t running through their system correctly and taking their money. Furthermore, I have circled back to the pharmacy to receive my prescription and have been waiting in the drive thru for 45 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
