I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.I got my eyebrows done. first off took a very long time for the lady to do my eyebrows. I had to wait they barely have any works for the amount of people who wanted their services and it’s ALWAYS like that. THEN once she finally does my eyebrows she doesn’t even ask what shape or size I want them , and she left one eyebrow thicker than the other… I wish I could add a picture . After she finished my eyebrows she turned to another lady and they started talking didn’t even say my eyebrows look cute or ask if I like them not once which is rude but they continue to talk to each other Then once paying i ask one lady how much for stilleto French tips long acrylic nails . The lady helping me ignored me , so I said it again maybe 3 times she was very rude and different lady who over heard me started talking to me and told me $70 and up HOW FING EMBARRASSING!!! For that I will not being going here again in my life neither should you . The were very disconnected with their costumers and disappointing 0/10 stars.

The worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon! I went in hoping to get my acrylic nails filled, halfway through the fill the gentleman told me he is unable to do the fill because I had two nails missing and suggested a full set instead, I agreed because it was only $5 more ($55 total). Instead of soaking the remaining nails off he proceeded to rip off my 8 remaining nails with another nail, which caused a lot of pain. After gluing and shaping the nails, without a word he gets up and started doing another client’s nails leaving me alone at the table. I had never been to the salon so I was extremely confused and upset so I spoke up and asked if my nails were going to be done or if I was going to leave with just nail tips. The women there proceeded to tell me he doesn’t do artificial nails, so that brings me to the question how would he know he cannot do a fill in if he doesn’t do acrylic nails. The lady was very kind that did my nails and when she was finished the gentleman came over and told me my service costs $70! I was appalled! I was charged an extra $15 for him to remove (peel off) my nails , when I never asked him to do so. I repeatedly asked questions to which I was ignored. A 45-60 minute service was ended up taking close to 2 hours. I have never had an experience like this. Please save your time and money and do not go to this salon.

The absolute worst service I have ever received.my nails were very rushed and sloppy.i got charged 75 dollars for French tips.they chipped and broke 1 week after the date I got them done.my nails beds were burning from the arcirlyic.

Probably the worst pedicure I’ve ever had in my life. The water was cold, the cuticle and nail cut was painful and I’ve never had that part hurt. I got the basic and my friend got the upgrade, the only difference between the two is the one hot towel they used on her legs. I’ve never been to a place where towels and a quick massage wasn’t the norm for a pedicure.Should have read the reviews before we came, but we will never be back again. We were desperate.

This may be my first bad review, but I’m not even finished with the pedicure and I’m writing this. I would give 0 stars if it were an option. The woman who did my pedicure didn’t soak my feet before removing and clipping my toenails and had knicked me within the first 2 minutes. Once she started the bath, the water was freezing cold and I had to ask multiple times if she could warm it up. She did not turn on the jacuzzi setting in the tub so my feet just sat in stale lukewarm water. It wasn’t until my friend had another woman start on her pedicure did I see hers had a jacuzzi option in her bath. I then had to ask the woman if my chair could do that, so she pulled a jacuzzi plug out of her nail caddy and put it in the bath. The tools being used were being taken in and out of her basket and she was just wiping them off after use, so I’m not sure if the tools are even getting sanitized in between clients. While filing my nails, she dropped the nail file on the floor and picked it back up and kept using it on my foot without even so much as wiping it off. The “massage” was nothing more than a few graces up and down my legs and the “hot towel” was not hot and she used the same towel on each of my legs and feet going between each. The hot stones were also not hot. After all of this she walked up and put all her tools away, drained the water, and got up and walked out of the store while I am still sitting here waiting to get my nails painted. Not a good experience at all and I am disappointed I have to pay $55 for this experience.

If you white they want your business. if you black they say they don't want your company. they don't like doing long nails they will charge you over 100 dollars not a problem paid it. They rude stuck ppl especially Tina she don't like black ppl and tell you she don't want your business Tina did not have good customer service. Plus they need OSHA call on them.

Nothing was cleaned off. Wrinkles in nails. Over charged.
