Beware! This place will set a diagnostics appointment just to do no work. $150.00 just to tell you what you already know. Over charge for parts you can order yourself. M&R charges people diagnostic fees all day, go else where or do the work yourself...

The guy (Main manager)
that answered phone says they talk to Delphi directly but can't tell me where to contact them delphi.
Seems forcing you to go thru them.
Says that he has not heard of a very common issue with delphi stereos reporting the wrong temperature.
Same way dealers say. We can't give you a qoute of what your asking us to do. Until.you bring it in

This place did work on my truck and forgot to put the fuse box cover back on and when I called to ask about it they says they have no idea where it is and sounds like I to lost it and am trying to get then to replace it!!! Didn't ever bring your vehicle here if they mess up they will blame you!!

I sent the stereo for my 2003 Pontiac Grand AM to M&R for repair. When I would turn the radio up it would turn down, when I turned it down it would turn up and the display light was no longer working. They fixed it very quickly and did an amazing job. There were a few spots that had worn the coloring off and they fixed it, it looks brand new. I can't thank them enough. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much for keeping my stereo going.

I shipped the Delco LOC II out of my 89 Camaro on Monday. I had the radio back, with new capacitors, lights, and overhauled on Thursday the same week. The radio sounds just like 1989 and I couldnt be happier. Thanks guys!

Mike and his staff are number 1's in vehicle electronics. The knowledge the personnel have on car electronics is outstanding. My 200 had some issues (I caused ofc) and it was fixed within an hour. Definetly recommend them!
