Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful there, I bought a nice Pearson pool stick from them, they have a nice selection of sticks, plus a lot of other items there from billiard tables and furniture, to pool and hot tub options, nice store for sure !!!!! 💯

Don’t bother leaving a message as they don’t call back. Don’t bother calling after a purchase to ask any questions as they are rude. Nice during the sale process of course. After sales not nice.
Update! Called again and spoke to possibly my sales person. She said she would call me back. 2 days no call yet. Maybe I need to make more noise with more bad publicity.

Fantastic customer service. We bought our spa from Maksoods a few years ago and love it. Last week we found it time to replace our cover. I called the store and spoke with Jason Medsker. Jason said they had a cover in their warehouse and would get it that day. I asked if they would deliver as I was unable to pick it up. Jason said no problem. The delivery driver Anthony called when he was on the way (after the store closed) and asked if we needed him to take the old cover. I said that would be great as it was full of water and too heavy for us to handle. Anthony removed the old cover, cut it up, and then installed the new cover only to find out it wasn’t the correct one. Anthony left the incorrect cover for the night and said Jason would be in touch first thing the next day. Jason did reach out first thing, apologized profusely, and said he would find a correct cover that day. Things happen and we weren’t mad. We knew it would work out. He found that they had a demo model of the cover we needed. I was happy with that. Anthony delivered the cover and installed it right away. Jason sent some chemicals and filters just because! We are so happy with the service we received. We understand things don’t always go as planned. Maksoods, Jason, and Anthony went above and beyond to make sure we had a cover for our Bullfrog Spa. I highly recommend working with Jason and his team at Maksoods in Saginaw!

My experience at the Saginaw Macksood's has been nothing short of excellent. Purchased a Bullfrog spa and it ended up having a few bubbles in the shell about 6 months in, I contacted Macksood's and they were quick to jump on it and got it replaced with a brand new spa under warranty! The sad part is this spa had a leak and admittedly I was frustrated at this point and went in and spoke with a manager who was more than happy to get the issue rectified quickly and efficiently. He sent a tech out to winterize the spa so it didn't freeze and so that I didn't have to worry about keeping the water level up. Then he laid out a few options for me. I elected to upgrade to a totally different spa and they took very good care of me on that. I would highly recommend the A Series Bullfrog Spas over the X. It will cost a bit more but the quality and reliability is much much better. All in all, These people will always do the right thing! Even if it was out of there control they did everything to maintain there integrity and excellent customer service. That goes a very long way with me and I will certainly purchase and do business with them in the future! A big thank you to the entire Macksood's team!

My husband and I visited the Saginaw store on Sunday, July 30th. We worked with their sales associate, Barb Beery. She was very nice, professional, and very knowledgeable on their products! We shopped patio furniture and hottubs. We bought a patio dining table, chairs, a conversation sitting set and firetable, and 2 lounge chairs. The service we received was fantastic, and we'll definitely return for that hot tub when we're ready for it!
