Went to buy Godiva chocolate. All the Gold Box chocolates were expired. I purchased two other boxes. Later I noticed I was charged more for both boxes than the price tag listed. We also bought a small box of mint meltaways and after tasting them noticed they were expired.

Been shopping here, it seems like forever. Had to return shoes bought in Dec for Christmas present. Spoke with Tito, an "acting mngr' at the store who wouldn't return the shoes. First he said there was a 90day return policy... it hasn't been 90days. Then said with the holidays returns ended prior week. asked him about exchanges...nope can't do. Asked for any assistance as shoes don't fit and we live aways from Macy's, nope can't do anything about it. Asked for mngr, he was it, per him. Again Asked the return policy, he said 30days this time but 90days for holidays. Again pointed out it has not been 90days. He said 90dats from the start of the sales for the holiday, not from when you purchase it! What?? Since when is that a policy? We have to contact corporate for any assistance as he's the only mngr on today, per him.
The new norm people. You're a "karen" if you complain, right? Ridiculous!
