Update: finally reached an agreement on a less expensive mattress. The store refunded the difference and did not charge a delivery fee because it was a manufacturer defect. This is what should have been done in the first place and it shouldn't have taken two extra trips to the store and a bad review to get things right.****************************Sold my son and his wife a faulty mattress. When they went back to the showroom to return/replace it they were told others of this kind have been getting returned for the same reason. If that's not bad enough, they want to charge a $99 delivery fee. You'd think the company would care more about customers by 1. Not selling a product they have been getting returns on for breakdown and 2. Not charging them a delivery fee they have paid once and don't have a useable mattress.

I ran into the store to grab a mattress for a guest room and I was so happy with the two working in the store! I wish I caught their names to give them a shout out. They were both super friendly and very helpful. I told them what I was looking for and they got me straight there. Pulled mattresses down for me to try and there was no pressure from them to buy. I was in and out of there super quick.

After my experience today at Mattress Firm with Rhonda, I will be a customer for life! Her customer service is 2nd to none. She immediately took me under her wing and found the perfect mattress and adjustable base to fit my needs. The time she spent with me was a true pleasure. I am overwhelmed at the prices of their Labor Day sale. Don't waste your time going anywhere else.

Salesman was great, happy to be at work and helped us with the type of bed we needed to help ease back and shoulder pain.The company didn't offer 60 months financing that would have aloud us to pick the bed we truly wanted. Less a ? for that.

They were very helpful, polite, knowledgeable and never once pushed to make a sale but for me to take my time and try out all the mattresses they had. And on top of it all..they have an amazing sale going on! I literally was expecting to be spending like $2500 or more and instead I walked out spending $1500 on 24 months same as cash! This included an amazing bed with adjustable base, hybrid mattress, cooling zone top, etc and mattress protector. Awesome experience!

Steve was awesome. He asked what my boyfriend and I were looking for in a mattress and recommended a few for us to try. He recommended we lay on each mattress for at least 2 minutes and gave us space to talk openly about each mattress. He didn’t make us feel pressured or rushed at all . I would highly recommend.

DeCarlo was very helpful, personable, and enthusiastic, despite the fact that I was only there to get a low dollar item, a box spring. Not only that, but the price was much better than some competitors in town.
