McDonald's GMC had our 2008 Cadillac CTS 4 for 11 days. I had no transportation and there was no loaner cars available. My husband had just had a total knee replacement and we do not have a second vehicle, so we relied on others to get us around. The associates were professional.

I wanted to say thank you again to Alex and Ben they were absolutely amazing and I’m super happy with my car. Thank you for working with me. I actually cried on the way home after I went to the dealership because I was so proud of myself that I was able to do something like that it’s a huge eye-opener for me, their kind hospitality made me more comfortable and confident with the car I got., I wouldn’t be where I’m at today and if it wasn’t for these two helping me out and coming in on a Sunday to help set me up with a car that best fit my needs. I wasn’t available during the week and they made accommodations for me and it was absolutely amazing. Thank you for the above and beyond support. If it wasn’t for their help I would still be in a pretty poopy situation with the car that I had so thank you guys again❤️

Had a great experience with Bill Pemberton. Not only was he able to help find us a nice car within our budget. He was able to do it at the short notice that we needed to get it done. We were able to get a car that was much better than I was expecting to get and he made the experience enjoyable for us the whole way. Can't recommend him enough, if you are in the area and needing a vehicle, he will be able to help you out.

Will never purchase a vehicle from this dealer. Spent over 5 hours on a vehicle deal, agreed on a price and just when the salesman was going to hand the keys, they said the vehicle was sold the entire time. Our salesman was great but the lack of professionalism and waste of our time by the management team was ridiculous. Manager even walked out with a smile on his face like he knew the whole time. Never said a word to us. GO ELSEWHERE!

My wife and I were excited to purchase our new to us 2017 GMC Acadia Limited SLT on January 4th, 2025. It is a really nice vehicle, but we had a couple of concerns that needed to be addressed before we could sign any paperwork.
The first issue we noticed was that one of the headlights had moisture in it. This was a bit concerning as it could potentially affect the performance of the headlight. Additionally, one of the key fobs that came with the vehicle did not have the electric motherboard inside. It was just an empty shell. We brought these issues to the attention of the dealership and had the manager write up a note stating that they would address these problems.
When we went back to the dealership to pick up the vehicle, we were disappointed to see that they had used a used cracked key fob as a replacement for the one that was missing the motherboard. This was not what we had expected or agreed upon. Additionally, they had ordered a used headlight to replace the one with moisture in it. However, the replacement headlight had scratches and gouges on the lens, with one of them right where the low beam shines through. This was not acceptable to us.
I expressed my dissatisfaction with the salesman who had sold us the vehicle, but all he could say was that he was sorry. This was not the level of customer service we had expected from a reputable dealership. We felt like our concerns were not taken seriously and that the dealership had not made a genuine effort to address the issues we had raised.
Overall, while we are happy with the vehicle itself, we were disappointed with the way the dealership handled the issues we had brought to their attention. We hope that they will take our feedback into consideration and improve their customer service in the future.

I purchased a used 2018 Dodge Ram from them and I refuse to ever buy another car from them. I had this car 5 months and it's been in the shop more then I have driven it. I have already put about $8,000.00 in it outside of my warranty and they refuse to fix the problem with my oil mixing with my coolant talking about another $4100.00 man this is like the worst car I ever purchased and the sad thing is I don't even live in Saginaw no more. Make sure you get a full inspection somewhere else before you purchase from these guys

My experience at McDonald GMC was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Bill Pemberton went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were taken care of. He helped us find the cars that fit what we were looking for and gave us honest advice on what would make us happy car buyers in the end! You know it isn’t a quick in and out trip to buy a car and you sometimes have to sit and wait for a few steps. Bill did everything he could to keep things moving along and was extremely enjoyable to chat with! The guy seems to know a lot about a lot of things and a little bit about all kinds of things. I think it’s important for a sales person to be able to hold a good conversation with their clients and Bill didn’t disappoint! Bill made sure the cars we test drove were warm for us on a cold winter day, and made us feel ok about having a couple rambunctious kids along for the experience. We had a request to get a small tear repaired on the passenger seat of the car we purchased and Bill got me set up with a loaner car and made sure we’d get that repair taken care of at no extra cost. I am so happy with the car I purchased I can tell McDonald goes above and beyond to make sure every used car they sell is in tip top condition. I purchased a 2012 Honda CR-V and to me it feels like a brand new car! It was a great price and was made even better knowing they had recently put all new brakes and tires on the car. Also the gas tank was full and oil was changed! All around a darn good experience. I give the 6 stars!

I have shopped for vehicles for 40 years. I feel like most of the time things go real well, but at the end do you feel satisfied like you had a good experience most of the time? I had a great experience with McDonald GMC in Saginaw , MI. I am thoroughly satisfied. My salesman was excellent and his manager did as well. So thank you so much. I am satisfied as of now.
