Very disappointed in the management running this store, debbie the manager was very disrespectful i was picking up a door dash order normally we go through the drive through and pick up our order so we proceeded to do so this time the first person at the window told us to pull to the next window and when we get to that window we are greeted by debbie the manager in a disrespectful tone telling us we aren’t allowed to get out order that way when we proceed to ask why she slammed the window close in our face.. then we go in the store and ask for her name to make a report on her a gentleman gives us her name and we ask her if that’s her name she refused to give us that information and proceeded to tell the person who did give us her name to leave. very unprofessional

Well the last few times I attempted to go there and order from within the lobby, the doors were locked. Looking at lobby hrs, the lobby should have been opened. Two times I went at 6am and it States lobby opens at 5am and another time I went at 9pm and it States open until 10pm. That is false advertising. They either need to change their lobby times or be open

We ordered everything and everything was fine We got to the first window and the lady was extremely nice for it being 8am. We pay and go to the second window which is where it got rude. The lady at the second window didn't even acknowledge us just pretty much through our food and drinks at us and just walked away without saying if it was everything or not.

McDonald's #711 located at 2745 Bay Rd in Saginaw, Mi on 02/23/2023 at approximately 8:45 am & 8:50 am tickets #1379 & 246. I arrived to place a order via the drive thru via my mobile app code. Paid and was placed to wait for my food. Which was expected. As I sat for a few mins I realized I forgot something. I go inside and order 2 sausage. While paying I notice the runner/employee is taking my drive-thru order outside. I ask the cashier to advise him I'm inside. He stops and brings the order back to me at the counter. After I pay I'm waiting on my order for the 2 extra sausages. Meanwhile the cashier calls for a PROMO for her current customer. A woman in a McDonald's sweater type uniform, who was initially bagging the orders at the pass comes and helps her. I'm assuming a manager or lead because she has on different attire. My point as she goes to walk away. I say excuse me may I have some more syrup? And I quote, "I'm supposed to change you", as she reaches for A syrup. I reply well Ma'am I have 3 breakfasts and 2 syrups. She then, throws, tosses whatever the heck you wanna call it the syrup in the bag. I tell her that's awful customer service how you throw the syrup in the bag. If you have a attitude you need to go in the back and check yourself and come back when your better. She says some words back saying she did throw/toss it. As a customer visiting my mother, while here from NYC. The one thing that she wanted was a extra sausage.
Well unfortunately, not only did I pay for the sausage $4, I was so upset! I left without my order. My mother recently had a stroke and she wanted extra sausage. Thanks McDonald's for showing a visitor as well as my home towner a terrible welcome home!

On Multiple occasions I have ordered items from this location and they have been wrong. Ordered a McChicken tonight through Door dash with an extra patty and the slip for the modification was on the wrapper but it was still just a regular McChicken. Like did you even read the slip before putting it on the wrapper??? Can you read??? This is the 3rd time this has happened. Only recourse is driving up there to get the right item. no refunds or price adjustment to the cost of what was actually given...I didn't pay extra to have it delivered to have to drive up there for the correct item cause you guys can't read.

I rarely come here because the drive through is the worst. They get the cars past the order panel quick for their timer, but then you sit in the drive-through spots for 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. Just a ridiculous scam. If I knew how many people were sitting in the lot on the other side of the building, I wouldn't even stop.
