My first visit at Meijer on Gratiot also my last, Went to use scan an go associate that was working, made me feel very uncomfortable. This associate acted as I was about to take something, I was attempting to weigh my potatoes, not to say she spoke to me in a harsh tone. This is to say we should treat every customer with the same respect.

I have my groceries delivered quite often for our own convenience of it. The Meijer app/website always gives us issues. You can rarely edit the order after placing it, so you have to inform your shopper of items that need to be added to the order after they begin.
My shopper was checking out with my order with two extra items I added on. An employee went through the cart and told them that adding items was not allowed as it’s prepaid.
INCORRECT. it’s not prepaid. It does not get charged until after check out is complete in case of extra charges.
I spoke with Meijer corporate because the supervisor at this location was stating this incorrect information and they agreed.
You are ALLOWED to add items. Don’t let them tell you otherwise.
Getting your groceries delivered should be convenient. Not a hassle & an inconvenience and me having to play phone tag so I get my stuff.

Constant issues, constant order cancellations without notice, constant payment issues. I never thought I'd be genuinely inconvenienced by grocery shopping but holy hell there's always something that goes massively wrong here.

The Pharmacy has really changed with lots of new people and the medication I need is never in stock. A date is given but that is usually extended which is really irritating. This is medication that is needed for my health. It was submitted on Friday about 12:00 and now need to wait until Monday.???

This review is specifically aimed at grocery pick up. A small order was placed ($70) for pickup between 11:00 and Noon. The app said that shopping for our order began at 10:30. I am now sitting outside at 12:30. After calling the number they told me that the items are still being gathered and it will take another 10 to 20 minutes.

Love the sales, check-out takes a little bit but to be expected going to a grocery store, could be better by opening up more than 4 lanes

This location is awful anymore! Barely anything is stocked, the check out lanes are always only a few open and lined up crazy, and those who ARE "stocking" have carts everywhere preventing customers from getting to product.

Really disappointed. I called ahead to see if an item was in stock so I could buy my son a gift I’ve been looking everywhere for. The man told me the vendor was currently in right now so I drove all the way from Carrollton Michigan to find out the vendor wasn’t even there after waiting 2 hours.
