I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Menards thanks to the outstanding customer service I received. From start to finish, I felt like the staff genuinely cared about helping me. Sydney went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed, John F was incredibly knowledgeable and patient while answering all my questions, and Ryan provided the kind of friendly, professional service that makes you want to come back.
It’s rare these days to find a team that works so well together and makes the shopping experience this smooth and enjoyable. Because of Sydney, Ryon, and Jon, Menards has definitely earned my loyalty. I can’t recommend this store—and these three employees—enough!

Menards is always my favorite spot to stop for materials. From at home projects to large scale commercial jobs, with the 11% rebate their prices are hard to beat.

I like Menards, it's where you find great deals and what you need for home repairs...service is great...BUT...I HATE that you don't have enough AMIGO'S to get around the store in!! As a senior citizen with bad arthiritis, I am unable to walk thru this store....Manager, please get more working AMIGO'S!!
