They're ok. But just make sure you check prices online they will upcharge you on the phones. For example I paid 350 on a Motorola edge 2024, when on market you can get a 2024 for less than that 250- or under 200 like with straightalk. This the main reason if I want a new phone I shop online first and bring it to them to do their job in changing my device. Just be sure the phone you buy online is compatible to your service provider.

So I came into metro today which is January 2025 to get the wifi box replaced since the box just stopped working all of a sudden.. came here to get it replaced since the wifi box stopped working wont turn on or anything.. called customer service and they said could get it replaced ... and the man is still arguing with us.. DONT GO TO T MOBILE THEY BE SCREWING PEOPLE OVER!!!

My husband and I went into this store yesterday I watched a worker help an elderly lady with her phone and then help her to her car. The young man that helped us, Hayden was his name, made my husband very happy with his phone. This was an amazing place!!! We will always do business here!!!!

My mother and I were in last night and Zachery was wonderful helping two non tech over the hill ladies. He help me choose a phone and worked out some of bugs from my mother's phone. Now just waiting for phone.
