Slowest checkout and service of any business I've ever been a customer, do *NOT* go here if you want to spend less than 30 minutes in the store for a single screw. Employees bumbling about doing nothing while you wait. The people that actually do help customers are computer illiterate. It's absolutely amazing this place is still in business.

As an African black man was ignored in the store for about 20 to 25 minutes while other white customers came in and out?? and I was still ignored and couldn't even help me and all I needed was a couple of screws and bolts so rude of customer service.
