Kyle at Mid Valley Insurance was extremely helpful during my auto claim! He made the whole thing super easy to get through during a very stressful time! As a bonus, when we switched our policies over to Mid Valley, we saved a ton on our premiums!! I highly recommend switching your policies over with Kyle at Mid Valley Insurance :)

Great insurance from what is said.But not to great at completing claim.My insurance agency submitted a claim with this office.of a client of there's for reimbursement of repairs.They stated they contacted there policy holder said they were not to pay the claim and holder said I was lying about damages and was the driver of the vehicle that was involved.This took place on my private property.I contacted this office and asked for the person processing this claim.I was directed by my insurance agent to do so.When upon calling and speaking with a lady there she said they was not going to process the claim.i asked why and was given a run around I told her I had Proof of there client making statements about me not being at fault .I asked her why they never contacted the person on the policy and was told the policy holder said I was lying.She also accused me of yelling at her and making snide remarks. She said she'd get back in touch with me but I never heard back from this office again. I'm guessing her statement of yelling may of had something to do with the wind noise in the background when I was speaking on my cell phone.I called the following day and the same lady answered the phone I said who I wasAnd they hung up on me. They never ask if I had proof of the accident or if there was anything they could help me with.That was it no more correspondence with this matter. I don't like to write bad reviews about business but when your not at fault and insurance agency fails to follow through on there end then it needs to be noted.

Couldn’t be more happy with choosing mid valley insurance. It was last minute and Kyle went above & beyond to make sure my deadline was met in time to close. Very satisfied with the price as well.

I was told by a friend to talk to Patsy about insurance. I figured I would be paying more than what I'm paying now because I had to put my camper on the policy and my old insurance was just for my Ford explorer.. boy was I wrong! I'm paying less than I was before! And I have better coverage for both of my vehicles! I know that I will be telling my friends about Patsy!

I was overpaying for car insurance and tried many other “suggested” sites. Not much better—at all. In fact, some were more!! The gentleman I work with suggested I give Mid-Valley a call! Wow! I quickly learned from Patsy that they were able to cut my rate in half!! I was elated! They were even able to work around my pay schedule and no one else would! I could NOT BE ANY HAPPIER than I currently am. Thank You, Patsy! I love ❤️ you!!

Upon a recommendation from a friend, I decided to see if I could reduce my auto and homeowner's insurance costs. Working with Patsy, I was very pleased with the quote that came back. Saving almost 1/3 of my auto insurance costs and saving on homeowners. Both policies have additional coverages included in those quotes. Changing carriers was been very easy and look forward to working with this business as needed in the future. I highly recommend. It is worth getting a quote if nothing else.

Kyle Kolbe is the best in the business. Mid-Valley has the best prices and the best customer service. Kyle Kolbe made the purchasing home insurance process easy, quick, and simple. He made himself available whenever I needed him or if I had a question, he always had an answer. I thought my auto/home/umbrella insurance was too high so I contacted Mayan Insurance in Merrill and MVI in Shields. Mayan came up with a price that was $641 cheaper that what I previously had, MVI was $250 cheaper that Mayan. Working with Kyle was great. He answered all my questions thoroughly and I will be happy to continue my business there.
