“5 stars!!! Great place to experience customer service on a different level than most. I had the pleasure of working on my issue with Joe. I believe to be the manager at this location. Joe was able to help me through a very bad billing issue. I did NOT get credit for a phone we had turned in. Which in return made our bill close to $300.00 more than it should have been. However, Joe gave me his personal work cell and stayed in contact with me during the whole process. Joe was able to make things right for us. Thank you Joe, as this type of service will keep me and my family staying with AT&T. You treated us like family and or friends and took care of us as one of your own.”
