The. BEST. Gym. EVER!!!The End.I will tell you that I started working out and going to the gym 5 years ago. When I started at Next Level in March, that's when I started getting the change I had been looking for. I have never done any kind of weight lifting/pushups/box jumps in my LIFE!! I came in knowing nothing and not one time did I ever feel like I didn't belong ❤️. The owners Mario and Janelle are so wonderful!! Coach Tony is always so encouraging!! The gym goers are probably some of the best people I have ever met❤️. Everyone is so kind!! I seriously can NOT stress enough how much I love this Gym!! Sign up for a drop in class and come see for yourself!! I promise you, you will not regret it!!

These people care. The community is awesome. They stress proper form to avoid injury. They make it fun. Whoever didn't give it a 5 has personal issues because this place and the people are great!

I have never been around such a positive, encouraging group of people. Mario and Emily go out of their way to give 1-on-1 help so you don't develop bad habits. The coaching is top notch, and you feel like you're working out with friends. I can't thank them enough for being so welcoming.

I have been going to this gym for 5 yrs! I have made some friendships and so has my 8 yr old daughter as this is a family friendly gym. I am also in the in the best shape of my life, injury free because of their great coaching!! Highly recommend!

Grateful to have Mario and Emily coaching me back to proper form, technique, and in general they always take them necessary time to discuss these things with me. "No rep is worth doing, if it's not done correctly". This is an exceptional gym in the Saginaw area. Friendly, loving, inviting, and encouraging environment that promotes the core values of family.

Visited NLF during a recent visit "home" from Georgia. Very friendly and inviting gym! I was very impressed by the facility, as well as the coach who encouraged throughout the workout and ensured proper form was being maintained. Certainly a top-notch gym! I'll certainly make it a point to visit again when in the area! This gym certainly rivals my home gym! Thanks all!

Classes are run efficiently with a knowledgeable coach on deck at all times. The workouts can be scaled up or down depending on one's fitness level, and there is always enough forewarning to prepare for intra-WOD changes if needed. Most of all, the community that has been built here is extraordinary in terms of athletic talent and kindness. You will be pleasantly greeted upon arrival, encouraged throughout the hour, and leave fitter with a sense of pride no matter what your score was. This is where hard work happens. This is where you become a better person.
