“Staff is amazing. They don’t push random things on you to up charge. They’re great people, quick service, and personable. Yes, they have a tire pressure standard they fill. HOWEVER, if you have a specific preference for your tire psi, just ask!! There was 0 complaint and they seemed to appreciate the communication. It was a win win :) They also always offer your doggie car pals a treat. They are stellar and always refill my washer fluid between oil changes. You guys rock! Thank you.”

“Great place. Great workers. Great repairs. Miss the old cashier though... he worked with me the best but the new bald one is alright I suppose. Hopefully the prices go down a little bit. I've noticed they've been a little higher since the newer cashier guy started.”

“I am always worried when I have to do car maintenance because I am a girl in my twenties. I have moved cities quite frequently in the past 6 years and am always putting off car maintenance because it’s hard finding a good place I trust. Well I couldn’t put off my oil change any longer and looked up “best place to get oil changed in Saginaw” and this place came up. Boy were they right! I felt very well taken care of, they checked all my lights, fluids and filters and let me know if anything was amiss but were not pushy about adding on services. The price for the oil change was more than fair. They even offered to change my cabin air filter for free if I brought it in bc they didn’t have one on hand for my old car. Super friendly team, will definitely come back in the future and highly recommend!”

“I go there for my oil changes because the workers are friendly and don’t talk down to me because I’m a woman. I have gotten there almost at six and they are still quick about getting the oil changes done and not with any attitude. I don’t feel like anything is skipped during the oil change. They also make fair recommendations about what needs to be replaced.”

“Caleb and Grace were both so kind and helpful. I felt like they really explained what was going on with the vehicle and at the same time I never felt like they were pressuring me into doing anything. This is the most comfortable I have ever felt getting my oil change done. I will most certainly be back for other services and all future oil changes. Thank you both so much!”

They provided great service in showing me how all the technology of the car operates. Highly recommend AJ and the Serra Toyota dealership!”

“I’ve been taking my new truck there every week for the past 4 months and have gotten to know Jeremy and the rest of the crew fairly well. They treat me with respect and honesty every week and throw in some comedic value as well. I’ve mainly just gotten car washes to this point but when I did take it in to just check my oil (low oil life warning came on) they checked it out and gave me their honest assessment that the dealership just hadn’t reset it when I bought it and there was really no need to replace the oil. Same with my cabin air filter. It’s honesty like this that’ll keep me coming back. They very well could have lied or just done the oil change but they chose the high road and I appreciate that.Services: Oil change”

“I have a monthly membership for the car wash so I am there often. I usually go to State St, Saginaw. I am so pleased to see the same employees each time. They are always conscientious, work well together, and pleasant. This team gets 5 stars from me. It is good to see the same, hardworking people…. That tells me alot about a business.”
