“For the first time in my life I feel like an oil change place actually cares about its customers and not about making money. They didn’t try and sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need or take advantage of the fact I’m a single female. He just told me my air filter is not great but will be ok until next time. AND they offer air ups, top offs, and fluid top offs in between oil changes. And everyone here is soooo friendly. I will drive back from GR just to get my oil changed here from now on. Thank you guys!!”

“Heading home from out of town. Still had over an hour to go and a warning light came on the instrument panel which needed to be addressed right away. Located Best Automotive Repair via Google. Car was looked at right away, and it was determined the alternator needed replacing. They squeezed us in to get it repaired. They also pointed out two additional issues that needed to be repaired, but could wait until we got home. About an hour and a half wait. “Another great experience at Serra. Had my oil changed and tires rotated. Gabe (new employee for just a few months) was AMAZING! A young man with exceptional people skills.Never knew there was a filter for my air and heat. I’ve never been asked to check it—and I’ve been going there for 5 years. Gabe opened the glove box, unscrewed a few screws, and removed the filter—-which absolutely needed to be replaced. I was shocked. “I’ve been taking my new truck there every week for the past 4 months and have gotten to know Jeremy and the rest of the crew fairly well. They treat me with respect and honesty every week and throw in some comedic value as well. I’ve mainly just gotten car washes to this point but when I did take it in to just check my oil (low oil life warning came on) they checked it out and gave me their honest assessment that the dealership just hadn’t reset it when I bought it and there was really no need to replace the oil. Same with my cabin air filter. It’s honesty like this that’ll keep me coming back. They very well could have lied or just done the oil change but they chose the high road and I appreciate that.Services: Oil change”

“I've went there a few times and service was great. But what impressed me the most was I was driving down the road one day and heard a noise from my tire and happened to pull into there parking lot to check it out since it was right there...these guys heard the noise and seen me pulling, they came out almost running to help me. We noticed I had a couple of lug nuts loose and quickly ran back into the shop to grab their tools and tightened up my tire and had me on my way as fast as a nascar pit crew. Great group of guys that work there, can't thank them enough!!!”
