“They need help when its busy 2 people ain't enough cause they won't do a good job if they tired cause I got a half dry off paid for ultra 10$ plus gave the 2 workers 5$ tip a piece that's 20$ when you have to get home and finish drying it a little improvement could help”
“I wish their soft wash dryer was a little longer or stronger because most of the time my windshield is still wet and so is the car but other than that I love coming here! Especially the soft wash because you get a free trash bag and a cloth to wipe the inside of your car!”

“I’ve been taking my new truck there every week for the past 4 months and have gotten to know Jeremy and the rest of the crew fairly well. They treat me with respect and honesty every week and throw in some comedic value as well. I’ve mainly just gotten car washes to this point but when I did take it in to just check my oil (low oil life warning came on) they checked it out and gave me their honest assessment that the dealership just hadn’t reset it when I bought it and there was really no need to replace the oil. Same with my cabin air filter. It’s honesty like this that’ll keep me coming back. They very well could have lied or just done the oil change but they chose the high road and I appreciate that.Services: Oil change”

“6/20/26 Overall positive results with my car for the 2nd tier that covers undercarriage. Only downside is the driveway to the Saginaw Bay Road location has some potholes that need to be fixed. Staff are friendly and the vacuums work well although they don’t wrap around and you need to snake through your vehicle to get to passenger sides. They have purchasable towels available although I have not tried them. Nice light show inside for kids too.”
“The vehicle in front of me was stopped in the drying part of the wash- I beeped my horn several times and the belt finally stopped. That vehicle finally drove off conveyor and then I just drove out.”
“This is a great spot. I had some questions and they called me back immediately. And then called again to follow up. I use them regularly and the little elephant always makes me happy when I drive by. There is a backstory to the elephant! Highly recommended.”
“I wish they would push in the mirrors on my pickup. Most just stand there smile and wave. I am older crippled up and have to get out to fold in my mirrors before going through the wash, especially on the right side of my truck.”

“Friendly service, nice wash for the price, the only complaint is the cancellation of the membership needs to get better…. I’ve cancelled using the app and they continued taking funds for the past couple months luckily I caught it…. Update: they made things right and I’m greatly appreciative…..”
