The Saginaw-Tittabawassee Branch just sucks. They just don't want to talk my money. It's actually funny that I have to ride out to the PNC in Bay City to get treated like a customer. I've had my account almost 10 years. What a joke. FYI the PNC on Lafayette in Bay Ciy Rocks!!

I would give them zero stars if I could. As always, their ATM is either out of money or out of service!! I have mentioned it multiple times and apparently it goes nowhere. Do not try and email anyone at the bank including the branch manager because they go unanswered. My business is not appreciated at this bank at all. If you have a choice…go elsewhere!

This branch is absolutely terrible. I always have an issue everytime I go to this location and the tellers are very rude. I honestly believe they are prejudice. I plan to contact the higher ups. They have lost my business.

So slow. Need more tellers or something. It’s annoying to have a host/ hostess ask what you need help with then stand there to greet the next person. Like jump behind to counter and work this line please!

The ATM here is literal trash. I’ve never once been able to use the ATM to deposit cash/checks which is ridiculous in my opinion. Online banking is even worse. I’ve never had a bank where your transactions pend for as long as PNC pends transactions. I’d change banks over their mobile banking and pending transaction timeframe alone. I have had really great experiences with staff inside, kristy and Amy are both incredible alongside many others I’ve met.

I was at the Tibawasee location today. Whoever that teller/ mgr was, she really handled it well, so patient in such a busy situation. I had to get change for Famous Dave's, without calling ahead. Tell her to call Famous Daves, her meal is on me

If I could give them zero stars that would be my true rating. I have been a customer for 17 years and have come to realize this bank is a joke. Random new fees and the local branch closest to me on Tittabawassee is terrible. The customer service is awful!!! They don't inform you of new policies and fees. Local credit union here I come, bye PNC!!!!

This bank just accepted a several thousand dollar payoff for our auto loan. They immediately deposited the cashier's check and in the same breath refused to sign off on the title as they claimed to "not receive payment". I phoned my financial institution and they assured me that the funds had indeed been withdrawn from my account. I have never had a worse banking experience in my life. Avoid PNC like the plague.
