A gym is a sum of it's parts. Excellent facilities and specialized equipment, knowledgeable and helpful staff, and the best owners in the business. Roy and Rwiada have built a culture that is unmatched. They promote kindness and inclusiveness as much as fitness. The best gym I've ever belonged to!

Everyone was so kind and helpful!! A friend brought me to a spin class, and the owners we very welcoming and made sure to take good care of me! I will be coming back, great experience overall!

I haven't gone yet due to having surgery but the owner talked with me about my options and I loved the communication and can't wait to join and start training with a personal trainer. Place is very clean, friendly and the owner makes me feel that I can accomplish what I need and is there for me. Can't wait to find the body I want to become.

Nice little gym. Has everything you need but can get busy causing you to wait for particular pieces of equipment. Great cardio classes.

Great atmosphere in a gym, and very clean. Have lots of equipment to choose from if you are an athlete, cross fitter, or lifter. Staff all super friendly and helpful and genuinely want their members to improve themselves.

Friendly Nice environment . To work out in. Price not bad to join. All types of machines weights/ Barbells. Great staff. Not crowded. Basketball rim outside. Great gym to go to.

NIce Gym, but they don't have an elliptical :( that's pretty much what i use for most of my cardio and fo some reason i assumed they did when i purchased my membership , should have asked. but unfortunately i don't go as much.
