About Quest Diagnostics
Quest Diagnostics is a great lab where phlebotomists are wonderful, extremely qualified, and do their jobs very well. Staff are extremely kind, compassionate, and ease patients' minds, making the experience super smooth and helping with nervousness. The blood draw process is quick, easy, and as near to painless as possible, with staff checking in on patients. While the lab techs are fantastic and make patients feel very at ease, they are also overworked, handling front desk duties in addition to their primary roles.

I got bloodwork done here for the first time today. I explained to Denise I usually get lightheaded when I get my blood drawn. She took me to the back room, so that I could relax and lay down during the bloodwork. She eased my mind and made my experience super smooth! Denise is great.

Very clean, respectful, and perfesional there computer check in is also easy for check in.
