I wasn't notified that the billing department doesn't accept my insurance. If I had known that I wouldn't of gone there.

I clicked the check-in message on my phone before I got out of the car and met the phlebotomist before I even sat down inside. The blood draw was as near to painless as a blood draw could be. And as quick and easy as it was she was also kind and checked in with me to make sure I was alright during the process and told me what she was doing throughout.

Absolutely fantastic; made an appointment, was called back right on time. The phlebotomists were wonderful and extremely qualified and made me feel very at ease. Thank you to everyone I interacted with.

Never ever go to this lab… just don’t use quest in general. I had a slew of labs done and was told by my doctor that with my insurance quest would be cheaper for my out of pocket costs. The lady who drew my labs stated she was there for 20 ish years but had no idea what she was doing… she claims she missed labs and I had to drive back 20 mins to have the others completed. Wait a whole month to get any results and my doctors office tells me she STILL MISSED labs so I went to a different lab and had them done… also she did a few incorrectly. I finally get a bill….. for $6000 dollars…. They did not use the correct diagnosis codes even though it was on the lab order!! Their customer service was not helpful at all and told me I need to call my doctor to call them to get it figured out and re-billed. Just horrible experience from beginning to end..

Don’t show up at 3:45 cause they won’t take you afterً 3:40 even with doctors orders and being pregnant high risk with twins. “ New Rule”

Completely incompetent staff with no follow through regarding billing for blood work. It's time hospitals and doctor's offices bring this service in house, and wash their hands of this office. ?

I had to some by for bloodwork for elective surgery and was helped by a woman named Susan! and she went above and beyond for me after my surgeons office misinformed me about what I would need for my appointment then never faxed the papers over what so every she calmly, went out of her way to call them and wait 5-10 mins on hold multiple times to make sure it was handled properly. The office was really nice! Everyone was smiling. And the process was easy and fast!

Scheduling an appointment is not easy. If you can't get to a computer it's an automated phone system. I had trouble scheduling an appointment.At my appointment, however, Marcia was fantastic! Literally wanted to give it 1 star because of the scheduling but she pushed it all the way up to 4!

Marsha was excellent. I always have issues getting my blood drawn and have to be poked over and over...she got it on the first try. Thank you.

Was there a total of ten minutes. Staff were quick and professional. Only downside was having to listen to a helpless adult baby complain about everything in the waiting room. Not their fault though ?

HORRIBLE!! I WENT FOR SIMPLE LAB WORK. THE LADY THAT DREW MY BLOOD DIDN'T PROPERLY BANDAGE MY ARM AFTER SHE WAS DONE & WHEN I GOT UP TO LEAVE I HAD BLOOD DRIPPING DOWN MY ARM ON THE FLOOR & MY CLOTHES!! I WAS SO UPSET I JUST WANTED OUT OF THAT PLACE & I WON'T BE BACK!!

Marcia and Diane did a great job with my teenage daughter who was very anxious getting blood drawn. Took such great care of her, highly recommend!

Went with no appointment at 11:45 am , I had two different blood draws and was in and out in 15 minutes. It took longer for the paperwork than the blood test.

Dropping off a specimen pretty simple right nope. First you check in drop off your baggy then you you wait 45 mins to hand it to someone. Go to St Mary's in ready med takes 2 mins not 45 mins. Terrible terrible service wish I could give zero stars
