Every time I call to see when my prescription is ready I have to call there at least 4-5 times before someone even picks up. Really inconvenient. And irritating.

I was there today 6-4-2023 and arrived at 8:48 pm. The manager on duty told me I had 5 minutes and they were closing. I left at 8:53 pm and she already had the doors locked. A customer on a bike came to the door and she wouldn't let him in. I've worked retail before and we are not allowed to lock doors iearly. I will never go to this rite aid again . She was unprofessional. She locked the door when I came in the store at 8:48 pm

Finally! A Rite Aid that has they’re stuff together. I broke my back, and several other things in a car accident in September. When I was discharged from the hospital I had to deal with the absolute worst pharmacy staff I’ve ever seen. It’s tittabawassee. Rude and have no idea what they’re doing. I didn’t have enough problems already I had to deal with an incompetent, rude pharmacist too. I also have memory problems but I’m pretty sure I spoke to Brittany a tech thismorning. She told me when my meds would be ready and they had them ready early. With no one making me feel bad. Awesome experience. Thanks Brittany. They should put you at other stores to show the staff how to treat people that are sick. Your awesome.Update, this pharmacist is the best and caring I have ever dealt with. Wonderful customer service and patience. Thank you for making me feel cared for.

Rite Aid is the best pharmacy in my opinion, associates are always helpful and friendly, offering speedy service for all my pharmaceutical needs.

Friendly associates, store was spotless. I had never been to this Rite Aid before and needed something in a hurry. Was very pleasantly surprised at service attitude and store appearance.

Do NOT have your prescriptions sent to this pharmacy. We had been using this Rite Aid for quite some time. Recently we had an issue where my child’s doctor sent in their refill for their daily medication. This Rite Aid had this order the entire weekend, and still did not get it filled. I had to send my child to school without their medication due to their incompetence, and NO they were not out of stock, just “too busy”. During this weekend my husband and I had to drive up to the pharmacy multiple times, to check on the status of this medication because they will not answer their phones. I have called into the store to have the pharmacy paged. If you do this they will pick up the phone and then hang up on you. I decided to give them another chance knowing that a lot of people are struggling right now. However, they again did not fill my child’s required daily medication. When I tried to speak to them about this being a continued issue all they could tell me is that “they are slammed”. I am sorry but this is unacceptable, you are dealing with medications that people need, so do better! Figure it out and don’t just give me excuses and act like I am the problem for calling you out. Your defensive tells me you know you need to do better. After this encounter I had to have the medication transferred to another pharmacy. However their lack of responsiveness to that pharmacy’s requests for transfer led to even further delays on getting the medication filled. So again, do NOT have prescriptions electronically sent here, you will be lucky to get them back.

We've had issues with the pharmacy previously and in the past, the pharmacist and team have assisted in correcting the problem. Lately, they staff has changed and they have not been helpful. Today was the worst. We were told by our insurance and Medicare that our purchase was covered, but the tech argued with us and said Medicare wouldn't pay. I spoke with a pharmacist from another store and it sounds like Rite Aid isn't filling out the paperwork correctly and doesn't want to get fined. We went to Walmart and Medicare accepted the payment with no problem. We've been customers for more years than I can remember and don't appreciate their lack of customer service. The only thing that sets companies apart is competent and friendly service, which Rite Aid pharmacy is lacking.

This pharmacy is trash. Had my script transferred to them and the First Lady I talked to said yeah we can have it done before 6 no problem. 530 rolls around and I still havnt received the confirmation text saying it was ready so I called and all they could say was “oh I guess we didn’t get to it” even though I called at 1. wife has had nothing but problems as well. Stay away

The way the woman who works there treated my dad is absolutely unacceptable, if I treated customers the way she did I’d lose my job. My dad is a super nice guy, and a hard worker, and doesn’t deserve to be talked to the way she talked to him. Thankfully there’s another pharmacy right next door to take our business!

This pharmacy use to be great! My Dr would fax my scripts over there and befote it got there they would be filled and ready. The pharmacist retired. He was a great guy.Once they remodeled it and hired a different pharmacist and all mew worker, except one worker is still there from 20 yrs ago when I started going there.Anyway when you call the pharmacy you can never get thru. It takes severals yrys calling them for anyone to finally answer the phone.It saddens me. I really liked this pharmacy. I still got there but they are so slow filling the scripts. I need some of my scripts like they same day and sometimes they tell me its going to be the next day. I need it know. Just my rant...

I recently called to ask about an inquiry about a product they may sell…the instant answer I received was “No all out” and a hang up on the phone. I was not impressed one but. POOR customer service.
