I’m sure everyone at this clinic is aware why I’m posting this. Mine and another ladies fur babies ashes were switched. I’m not saying this was intentional, but these people don’t see to understand that we’re allowed to be upset when finding out such news. Dr Cline told me that I am “belligerent”- well, he is a jerk. 0 bedside manners and shouldn’t be anywhere near a deceased animal. I will not comment on the clinic side- as my cat was not their patient. I received a $280 refund and got my cats ashes back. But you know what else I’ve gained? So much uncertainty he is actually in the bag. The bag says his name, but I will forever question if I actually got him back. This will probably NEVER leave me. Dr Cline, You told me that I “ruined your day”, well you’ve ruined so much more for me. Whiskers, who you never had the pleasure of knowing, was my best friend. He was with me since I was 7 years old. He was there during some of best and hardest times of my life. I don’t care if this was a mistake- someone on your staff was negligent and put me and this poor other lady through hell. You mentioned that you were possibly making changes. Please do and as soon as possible. Nobody deserves to feel how I feel. The first picture attached is of Max (the other ladies baby). The second picture is of my baby and I- who spent 3 months apart because of YOU.

Still getting 5 stars!!! Vet is respectful and is very thorough. The staff here is so awesome too. I will be going here for my pet care forever. This is Hamlet enjoying his visit.

Dr. Kline and the staff at Riverside took fabulous care of our dog, Jude, when he had to have 13 teeth extracted and a mass removed from his gum. I can't say enough good things about the love and care they gave him and were very helpful in explaining everything to us!!! They were truly a God-send and we are grateful to have found them for our future veterinarian care!!! :0)

Super friendly staff. They listened to our concerns and made sure we understood everything. Plus we spent a lot less than we would’ve at our old vet for much better treatment for our dog.

They are busy so be on time. Vets take all the time you need to answer questions and let you know in layman's terms what issues your pet may have going on. This animal clinic is extremely clean! Staff is super helpful and will do anything in their power to help you and your pet.

I called to make an appointment this morning as a new client and the lady that answered the phone was super rude. I felt like I was inconveniencing her by asking her to do her job and make us an appointment. When I told her I needed to make the appointment her response was”Okkkkkkkkk” then a long pause. I don’t think it’s that crazy calling to make an appointment as a new client. Every client is new at one point right? She then told me they were scheduling out to march and that I’d probably want to look elsewhere.Probably not the best for business to tell people to go somewhere else.

First rate vet care at reasonable prices. Easy to book annual appointments for my cats on the days I needed. Highly recommend!

Scheduling is 2 to 3 months out and their phone isn't even working to try and call to schedule appointments. Perhaps they have too many clients, a scheduling/management problem, or both. I suppose it's too hard to tell people "sorry, we're not accepting any new patients right now, we're full." Instead of overloading your staff with too many patients to manage and end up disappointing all of your clients/patients to the point of looking for a different veterinarian clinic.

They always treat my fur kids with caring and compassion. They go out of their way to explain everything in great detail and answer any questions I may have. I could not ask for a better place to take kitties.
