Health Advantage is a great credit union. I have easy access to check my accounts; can remotely cash a check, or get help from member services. Everyone is always professional and helpful.

Lillian helped me an expired debit card problem. I was there on my lunch break and expecting to be there awhile. I was out of there with 15 mins with a new card. She knocked it out of the park! Thank you Lillian!

I get better service at Health Advantage than I’ve had at any other bank or credit union. The employees have all been amazing!

I love my credit union they are always willing to help you in anyway posdible very friend especially laurie i been knowing her for years since i been with this bank she always conversate wit me on a personal level

Be careful. They will be nice to you at first but then talk about you behind your back. Be prepared to do your job and other departments jobs. CEO doesn't bother to get to know you and intimidates you rather than sets you up to succeed. HR is very biased.

Not many services provided for members compared to other credit unions. The services that are provided come with a fee, while many other credit unions provide them as a courtesy for members. Because of the lack of service I now have no choice but to open an account with another Credit Union or Bank in order to receive them, so at this time I'm struggling to find a reason to continue to do business here.

Would give less then 1 star if it was a option! Health advantage use to be fabulous but has fallen drastically over the last year. I have literally banked with them for 13 years. If I could get the same interest rate at another bank I would switch. Nothing but issue after issue related to my mortgage. They switched systems and could not get my autopay correct went to branch on 2 seperate times to correct the issue. Went into the state street branch to physically make a payment and they did NOT pay the mortgage. No one seems to know the correct way to complete a task. Everytime I have a issue it's some new reason even though I specifically asked that question the month before...... save yourself the time and hassle and do NOT bank with this establishment.

I totally hate the new online updates! I can never get on…I can only use google chrome to get on sometimes! Today I could not get on with safari or Google chrome. It is also so hard & confusing to get information & do transfers. I wish they would have never updated their computer system! A very sad customer :(

Health advantage is a great place to bank! The people are friendly and helpful. The bank changed their website and it led to a lot of frustration on my part. But all in all they are willing to help me understand and be comfortable with their new website! Thank for being so patient with me! Lucy

We have been members for 30+ years. We knew almost everyone that worked there, now I recognize no one. Today I was told I would have to PAY a 2% fee to deposit my change ($169). Wow ?. Was told "it's only 2%". Right. The interest on my accounts maxes out at .2%. We will now begin the search for a new credit union. Perhaps losing a long term customer with a sizable nest egg will be noticed, but I doubt it.

I initially had a frustrating situation but the management team was extremely fast to reach out and they were understanding and kind. The management really seems to care about people and I am grateful that they went above and beyond to address a concern.
