Tom was very helpful and kind, helped us lift our package off of the trailer bed onto our trailer. He also talked with us about his experience and how hard it is to be a trucker driving all day long and delivering on packages.

We recently received a delivery from Tom. He did a great job and went out of his way to use straps to secure some oil drums that were packed a little to tight on a pallet and were at risk of falling off. I appreciated his attention to detail and ensuring that we got the shipment into our warehouse. Thanks Tom!
