Speedway is a gas station that many customers visit frequently, often multiple times a week. The staff, especially a female employee, are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service and making customers feel cared for. One customer, a disabled veteran, appreciates the staff’s kindness and assistance, especially towards service animals. However, some recent changes have affected the experience. New loud card readers with advertisements have made the station less enjoyable and caused issues with chip card transactions. Over time, the store seems to have declined in cleanliness and overall appearance, with concerns about the design and layout of the space. The station’s flow and visual design are confusing and poorly planned, making it hard to navigate. Despite these issues, the staff remains friendly and hardworking, though improvements in cleanliness and station layout could enhance the overall experience.
